A 3 bedroom 2nd floor apartment Sleeping 5 in 1 king size bed, 1 double size bed & 1 x child/single bed in the smaller 3rd bedroom.
The apartment is very well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway with friends, or family. The living and dining area is open-plan with sliding doors onto your own private balcony, which offer panoramic views over Looe, Harbour, estuary and the sea/coastline. Check them out on #viewstoinfinityandbeyond.
The galley style kitchen with stunning views, cooking will never feel like a chore. The apartment also benefits from a rear decked area with seating and your own coal BBQ, and access to our terraced garden.
Wi-Fi, Sky Sports & Movies freshly laundered white bed linen, towels and sundries are all waiting for you, plus we include free parking for the duration of your stay

Bezaubernde Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick über Looe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so das man sich auch selbst versorgen kann. Alle Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Paula war eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location, Location, Location

Great location with amazing views. Bit of a steep climb if you don't take the car out but well worth it. Very clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Bbq unfortunately not used due to the weather. Really comfy beds and plenty of storage space. Lovely touch with the bag and refreshments on arrival - much appreciated.

Beautiful Appartment

A wonderfully well proportioned apartment with stunning views of Looe bay. Fantastically equipped with everything we need for our holiday. Paula and Phil gave us a wonderful reception warm and welcoming. A lovely fresh bunch of flowers, Cornish fudge, and a collection of hot drinks available. The feeling of home from home! Highly recommended, will definitely return.

Amazing views

As a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) we had a fantastic 1 week stay at the crows nest, the owners have thought of everything that you could ever need in the apartment it’s very stylish, modern & comfortable, very welcoming with flowers & little boxes of fudge & biscuits even tea, coffee, sugar to get you going. The view of Looe bay is amazing you could sit on the balcony all day. It was great to have a allocated parking space so no worries of where to park. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great apartment with awesome views!

Great hosts, easy check in and spotlessly clean well equipped apartment. Great views of the Bay, even better with the provided binoculars! Steep 5-10 minute walk down to the town centre so Great to work off all the lovely food. There is a long way round also. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Fantastic flat with sea views

We loved our week at the Clipper House in Looe. The flat is very well appointed and perfect for a week to explore Cornwall. The views are breathtaking and you can walk to town or the nearby national trust coastal walk which is stunning. We would absolutely stay again. Paula and Phil were so lovely and helpful.

All about the view!

Lovely location and fantastic view from the balcony - could've sat there the entire time (and did for most of it)! Apartment has everything you could need for a trip away. Great communication and directions from Paula & Phil. Definitely worth a visit.

Great - it couldn't be better !

The location of the apartment and the rooms themselves are fantastic. Everything has a special flair and is furnished with a lot of taste. In the evening you can hear the sound of the sea when the window is open and you have a fantastic view of the small bay. Beds and kitchen equipment are great. On arrival the fridge was already half full and there were fresh scones and clottered cream and jam on the table. In every room there were fresh cut flowers. Those who didn't feel comfortable here were to blame themselves ;-)

Absolutely idyllic; worth every penny.

Crows Nest Apartment: From the moment you arrive you feel like you are living the dream. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Sam and his team ensure your stay is a good one and the little personal touches make all the difference, such as cream tea, milk, eggs, bread etc and lovely fresh flowers for when you arrive. Being able to get up and sit on the balcony and people watch, see the boats come in and out with a drink in hand is just the best. We really didn't want to leave and are already planning our stay next year.

Fantastic accommodation, views and location

Four of us stayed for three nights at the Crows Nest at the end of June. The accommodation was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. The fresh bread, scones and milk on the first night was a very nice touch too. The views over Looe are fantastic. Do note that you need to walk up a (short) steep hill and some steps at the back to reach the apartment - but it's worth it. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. This easily gets five stars.

Fantastic large group venue

Clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Comfy beds, games room, beautiful conservatory with stunning views of Looe. Both apartments are also immaculately presented and well equipped. We had a magical week and Sam is a very attentive landlord. Cannot fault our stay - we will be back!

Amazing views!

Everything was great from the communication all along the way from booking to the end of our stay! Sam was able to let us in to the apartment earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated after a long journey and the extra touches like fresh scones, flowers and a Christmas tree made our stay even better. Will definitely be returning perhaps when the Cornish weather is a little kinder and would recommend to anyone!

We fell in love with Looe, having never been to Cornwall before, 2016. We originate from East Sussex and relocated in 2019.

Phil and I have worked many years in hospitality, property, and sales and marketing.
Ryan our son left us to go to University in Manchester & we knew we'd find the perfect Holiday Home Business, for us and guests. Its taken time but, we know we have, here at Clipper House Holiday Lets.

Its a unique property with absolutely stunning views.
- It was a hotel and was later owned by Dawn French, we purchased it from her.
We are now taking it to the next level, we look forward to welcoming you.
