We had a super late check in and I was very nervous Iā€™d have issues at 2am! Everything went smoothly. Condo views were more amazing and convenient than even the pictures show. Clean, tidy, and had everything we needed!

Paradise in our happy place

Weā€™ve been coming to Indian Rocks for more than 20 years and this location has been our favorite by far. The condo is lovely and comfortable with every amenity available. We cannot wait to come back and have already booked next yearā€™s trip!

Perfect for Families

Loved that this unit has direct access to pool and beach within steps. That made it very enjoyable going back and forth with the kids. Never have to get in your car, restaurants, ice cream, and stores within a couple blocks. Loved the set up of the beach house as well!

Great location and views of the water and sunsets. Plenty of things to do close to the condo. Only downside is the people who stayed above us had kids who would stomp / run the full length on their condo and sounded like they were jumping off the furniture and dribbling a basketball for hours on end well past 10 pm. Could hear every step and dribble. Would stay here again just fingers crossed that no one above has kids.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Our condo at indian Rocks Beach over Mothers Day weekend was just perfect for our girls trip! The kitchen had everythong we needed, and we appreciated having the use of a washer/dryer and full size beach towels for the pool and beach. The porch view of the gulf was so relaxing. Thank you for a comfortable stay in your beach home! We love IRB!!

This place is perfect! Clean and well furnished, with a balcony that faces the sunsets over the gulf. The beach is beautiful white sand. There are nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Could not be happier with our stay.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location right on the beach with terrific views both up and down the beach. There are several restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. The pool and patio are very nice with easy access using the spiral staircase to the ground level. The condo is clean, well stocked and plenty of room for a small family. We've stayed here several times and always look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Amazing Sunsets

This is our third year staying at this property in Indian Rocks Beach. We love it here. Joy is a wonderful host. VERY responsive and easy to work with. The property is well taken care of and sits right on the gulf for perfect sunsets. There is plenty of space and everything you need is in the kitchen to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kids had their own bathroom and bedroom with cable TV. The pool was warm in December and the tiki bar space was being rebuilt after the hurricane. Comfy patio furniture, white sand and perfect sunsets.

So Close to the Beach

I loved how big and clean it was and how close to the beach it was. Just a short beautiful walk to the beach and is not over crowded. We could not have been happier and the hist was awesome. It a fully stocked condo and has everything you need for a beach getaway.

Joy was fantastic to deal with, especially considering Hurricane Debby and the impacts that it had on the area over the weekend prior to our arrival. The property was clean and spacious as well as having all of the amenities that we were looking for. We will definitely be staying at this property again when we come back to IRB!!!

Bringing the whole family next time!

Everything exceeded our expectations! The location had so many places to walk to! This was our 2nd time in the area and this was by far a much better location! Bar/pub w great food directly across the street. CVS and ice cream within walking distance. The condo itself was beautiful and clean! We had a spiral staircase off our balcony directly to the pool and outside those gates...the beach!!!! You couldn't get closer if you tried. The pool was clean and nice and we used everyday after the ocean! The owner replied to every comment or question I had immediately. I may have waited 2 or 3 minutes one time and that was it. So I was confident that any questions I had, I could reach her instantly! The kitchen was well stocked w supplies. We didn't cook a ton, but had everything we needed. So needless to say, we are already planning our next trip back!!!!

Spectacular Ocean View

Walking out on the second floor balcony provides the most spectacular ocean views.Waking up in the morning with your cup of coffee and watching the dolphins swim by is a perfect way to start your day. The sunsets are even more remarkable. You are just few steps to the beach for a relaxing day. The condo is well appointed and was very clean. Property is well kept. Prime location promotes walkable distance to many restaurants and stores. If you are looking for all the above, I highly recommend this place. Tom & Lisa

Beautiful Piece of Paradise

Beautiful property inside and out! Fantastic location! Close to restaurants and small shops. The host provided everything you may need for a perfect vacation! She was also prompt in responding to any questions. The sunsets were absolutely the best part, whether enjoying them from the beautiful deck with a glass of wine or a blanket on the beach.

Great Location-Great Stay

We had a great time! This location is absolutely wonderful. It was so nice to be right on the beach and be able to go from beach to pool. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The location was also close to shops and restaurants. It was well stocked with the essentials. It was nice not to have to worry about purchasing everyday items. I did see the reviews on the noise but knew this likely wouldnā€™t be an issue for us. You can hear noise from the unit above and can clearly hear the tenants walking around. I knew this wouldnā€™t bother us but something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Indian Rocks Beach is simply Paradise! We purchased this vacation rental because of the privacy of the beach in comparison to the other condos which are so much larger and more crowded. Our building has only 4 units and the nearest public access to a beach has only parking for 4 vehicles! Beautiful, serene beach and pool area makes this the perfect beach vacation!

Sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the serene Gulf Waters every morning is the ultimate relaxation! Walking distance to a few of the restaurants on the beach is also a plus including an outstanding Italian and a fun Seafood Restaurant all within walking distance!
