Island Sands is a small condo complex on Indian Rocks Beach directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, literally 50 feet away is the Gulf! You will enjoy dolphin watching and magnificent sunsets from your balcony with your favorite beverage or right from the living room while enjoying the massive 60" flat screen smart TV to stream your favorite Netflix shows including surround sound!

The master bedroom has a King size platform bed, walk in closet, smart TV, and your own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king sized bed as well, and a TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and is right beside the guest bedroom.

Down the hallway is the main living area that has beachfront views from the entire open space! Here you will find the updated and fully equipped kitchen (with every convenience from home that you desire to create those wonderful home cooked meals). Right beside the kitchen is the dining room table with plenty of room for the entire family. At the breakfast bar you will love the comfortable bar stools for quick meals or to catch up with your social media while surfing the internet on WIFI throughout the condo. The beachfront living room has comfortable seating for all, a large smart TV, queen sized sleeper sofa, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the pool and Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoy your front row seat to the breathtaking nightly sunsets inside the comfort of the living room, or out on the tall chairs on the balcony. Your happy hour beverage deserve a view like this!

Beautiful bamboo flooring in the bedrooms with tile throughout rest of the condo. There is also a brand new washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. Linens and towels provided, including beach towels. There are some beach chairs and an umbrella for your use, too.

Enjoy the gorgeous beachfront heated pool, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of Indian Rocks Beach. Create an incredible meal at the onsite Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting beach vacation memories.

*This condo is located on the second floor, there is NO elevator - just stairs to the condo.

You are within walking distance to dozens of wonderful local restaurants and shops, plus a CVS. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, more restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions.
