It’s great to know the new bathroom and en?suite made a good impression too — and that the space worked so well for a weekend away with your dog. We really appreciate you mentioning the stairway light sensor. We’ve now had this adjusted so it responds much more easily — thank you for bringing it to our attention. It’s also lovely to hear that you found the parking manageable, that communication with our team stood out, and that the welcome packs were a nice surprise. And thank you for sharing the tip about doggy toilet breaks — being on the first floor does make it worth planning ahead, but we’re glad it didn’t cause you any trouble. As you mention, there are a couple of flights of concrete steps leading up to the property, so it’s helpful for future guests to be aware of this when choosing accommodation.
