It’s fantastic to know the kitchen had everything you needed and that the bed was so comfortable. We’re also pleased the private parking space proved such a bonus, allowing you to leave the car behind and make the most of the excellent local bus services — a great way to explore the Lake District without worrying about parking. It sounds like the location worked perfectly for you too, with Keswick’s shops, restaurants, and amenities all within easy walking distance. Thank you as well for your helpful observations. The TV does provide access to live television channels as well as the streaming services, but we understand that unfamiliar systems can sometimes be difficult to navigate. We’ll review the information provided in the property to see whether additional guidance on both the locking mechanism and television would be helpful for future guests.
