Stunning andaluzian 3 bedroom house with sea views — 60 meters from the beach

Our cozy home is a light and spacious 3-bedroom end of terrace villa, part of an exclusive secure gated community with a communal pool, exotic lush gardens and stunning sea views. Built in a traditional Andalusian style, it boasts a living room with fireplace and open plan kitchen opening into a cute private shaded patio where we invite you to dine al fresco or have an evening glass of wine.

Its good sized three bedrooms include one master with an ensuite bathroom, and two doubles sharing a second large bathroom with a bathtub (for those of us with little children to chuck in after the beach!). We offer a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, free Wi-Fi Internet, 2 flatscreen TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. We are happy to provide an extra foldaway bed, cot & highchair if requested.

Our favorite part of the house is the stunning roof terrace with its built-in BBQ, 360-degree views of the sea and mountains, and sun loungers – an ideal setting to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset! The house has its own small private garden, and the communal areas are gorgeous and often empty, making it a lovely and safe place to lounge with children by the pool under the various sun umbrellas offered. The pool is large (about 30 m) and not very deep, and the walk to the beach is about 2 min (we measured it!). All the areas of the complex are pram friendly with ramps for easy access. Whilst a car is not necessary, there is a covered private parking space available at the house if required.

In a few steps one can be at one of the nicest beaches in Marbella, with access to a myriad of chiringuitos (beach bars) and restaurants along the water. You will find it all - trendy, traditional Spanish, Asian fusion, Pizza… We love that this part of the coast still retains a good balance, family friendly yet fun and with plenty of choice for a nice evening out.

Costabella is one of Marbella`s most sought after residential areas. It is about 10 minutes driving from the centre of Marbella and approx. 40 minutes drive from the international airport of Malaga. The area offers beautiful sandy beaches and lovely beach bars and restaurants all along the coast. It is very family orientated, safe and offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within 5 minute walking distance of the villa there are several restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a vet and a beauty salon. Nearby you will also find water parks, a zipline tree adventure park, and numerous water sport options.
