Accommodation Rules:

Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM;
It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;
Parties or events are prohibited;
Pets are allowed but cannot be let loose in the condominium or walk without a leash;
To check in, at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older;
It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors;
A security deposit must be provided on the day of check-in, which will be returned within 7 days after check-out;
It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;
Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to find out if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
