I and my big family had a wonderful week in the Villa. Everything was super clean. The host met us and was helpful and ready to answer our questions. Beautiful garden and pool, plenty of spaces for all of us, from 4 years old to 80 years old. The playroom was popular as the pool. We can highly recommend this villa for families or group of friends.

The house is fantastic and there were 21 of us staying to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, ythe property is huge with plenty of room so we weren't tripping over each other. The host Jason is fantastic and goes out of his way to ensure his guests have a great time and everything is perfect. The facilities at the property really are first class and we just didn't want for anything, every person young and old were well catered for. Every one of our party had a wonderful time.We can highly recommend this property and we'd have absolutely no hesitation in booking again. You will not be disappointed.

A beautiful villa that was perfect for our family holiday. Extremely well equipped. Sun loungers round the pool for us all and a table we could all sit around for a bbq. lovely garden with plenty of shade and lovely pool. Great for the 2 year old as there were gates around the pool and balcony stairs. Jason was very helpful answering our questions before arrival and was there to show us around the villa on arrival. Golf, tennis and padel all close by. Would highly recommend this wonderful villa.

Fabulous stay Jason and his lovely wife were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and even treated our family group of 17 to a fantastic paella cooked by private chef .accomadation very clean and plenty of room for our 3 generation family groupThe gem was the large heated swimming pool enjoyed by all.Games room was a bonus good for our elder grandchildren and playroom for the under 10’s really enjoyable with lots of activities.

This villa is exceptional!! We went on a family holiday and there was plenty to do for all that you dont even need to leave the villa. The playroom, outdoor space and pool kept the kids entertained for hours, day and night! So much for the adults too, including an indoor bar! The host, Jason, was so helpful and friendly too! I would highly recommend!

Family holiday

A wonderful weeks holiday with family - the villa is excellent, very well equipped with lots to do for all ages of the family. Very clean and fully air conditioned. The pool is pretty with a large amount of pool toys. Plenty of sun loungers. Jason and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. Exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic family holiday in the villa Casablanca.Jason and his lovely wife were great hosts, very attentive, and thoughtful. They immediately bought a baby bouncer for my granddaughter, as it was literally the only thing that was missing, from the baby equipment supplied.Everything was as described and even better, such a lovely holiday home.Thank you so much from us all, from my 85 year old dad to my 4m old granddaughter.

Fantastic property and even better host

The property is exceptional, private pool being the main sellong point for us when we stayed. Couldnt fault it, other than being a little far out but its still only 20 minutes in a taxi to Alicante so not that bad. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant.

Perfect villa for a large group of friends / family

What a find! We needed a villa to accomodate 5 families all of whom had children between the ages of 4 and 8 and this villa delievered. Super safe, self enclosed, lovely quiet and relaxed neighbourhood, close to a small supermarket and restaurants.

What a fantastic Villa!!

Beautiful villa, everything was taken care of! Ordered too much shopping for the first day as Jason and his lovely wife had already stocked the cupboards and fridges! So much to do there that you really don't need to leave, pool, air hockey, hot tub, sauna...we loved it all!! Great comunication, and wonderful facilities! We'd definitely all stay again , airhocky

Excellent villa

Me and my family had a really good time due to luxury villa, everyone had they own space, very big and comfy beds and bedrooms, plenty of different games and kids toys, we felt like at home, just only one thing: neighbors are next to the villa and they may not be happy if you are very loud. The neighbours are a good distance away so it should be quite hard to disturb them, but we do of course ask guests to treat the house and its surroundings as they would their own home. This villa is amazing!!! I recently came back from a weeks stay at this beautiful villa where I celebrated my 40th birthday with 22 family members and we all loved it!! Jason and his wife are amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Anything we asked he sorted. And they stocked up the fridges for us for when we arrived! The villa is beautiful with so much space and it has EVERYTHING you need for your stay! I can’t recommend this place enough!! Thank you to Jason and his wife for an amazing stay xxx

Amazing Property - Amazing Hosts

We had hoped for a great property and it more than delivered! Really spacious, fabulously maintained and had everything you could possibly need. Great all round facilities, with large swimming pool and lots of loungers, numerous TVs, including one outside, which made watching the Wimbledon Tennis final all the more special. Plus on arrival we were amazed to find the pantry & fridge already stocked! The Host (Jason) was super friendly/helpful and very fast to respond to any questions we had. All in all, an absolutely fabulous holiday and would love to return.....1 week was definitely not enough! :-)

Fabulous Family Gathering

We loved our week in this wonderful Villa. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house. None of us wanted to leave. Cooking facilities were fabulous. Jason even produced wood for a paella for all 14 of us. The pool was heated and there was something for all of us from the 3 yr old to the 70 yr olds. Wonderful grown up games room with large screen TV and pool tables for adults and a fabulous children’s play room. House was spotless. We will definitely be coming again.

Jason and Maribel were probably the best hosts that I have ever experienced in all my years renting on VRBO. I guess we should begin at the beginning. All through the rental process, Jason responded to all of my questions almost immediately. He always answered all of my questions and again, almost immediately. The villa was fantastic. It was large enough for our group of 18, it was clean, and it was private. We had no problem parking the 5 cars we rented. Considering that when you first get to a rental, you need the basics, coffee, milk, bread,etc. We needed nothing. He was even kind enough to have some beer and wine on hand. During the week we had a very slight problem, and he was there to fix it almost immediately. I always say it's not usually the problem, it's how the problem is handled. Jason handles everything the immediately and the right way. We spent the week enjoying the villa, the pool, and all the other things that made us feel at home. I don't want to go over on my characters without singing both Jason and Maribel's praises on how well we were treated during the whole week. He even helped us out with a restaurant for all 18 of us for a birthday dinner just up the street. So, if you have a group that wants to enjoy a GREAT week in Mutxamel, I can more than highly recommend renting from Jason and Maribel. It was FANTASTIC!

family holiday

Hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Villa was very well stocked with ample provisions (including beer and wine) to start. Abundant activities available and plenty of facilities for self catering. Didn't need to eat out much but La Perla (French) was great and The Loft also good, both just a short walk. Garden was lovely and villa looked beautiful lit at night. Jason (host) was quick to respond via messaging or email. 19 of us this year and hoping to book for 22 next year, just awaiting flights etc. Highly recommended.

2 Weeks in Muxtamel

The Villa was beautiful to stay in and the host, Jason, was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We had an intimate wedding take place with the guests that were staying at the Villa and Jason was very kind in not only letting us use the space for this purpose, but also in collaborating with the wedding planners. The property looked fantastic, the pool was heated to a great temperature, and the landscaping was immaculate. All the appliances were easy to use and modern. There was a minor sink issue, but Jason and his wife were on the ball immediately and fixed the discrepancy. This was a great place to stay with friends and family, and I would highly recommend the Villa for anyone looking to host a larger group.

Ideal for a large family reunion

We stayed here in April for a large family reunion with a group ranging in age from 1 to 91, and it worked really well for us. There were 18 of us mainly adults (plus a baby), and the space was comfortable and well set up for a group that size. The kitchen was probably the best-equipped we’ve ever had in a holiday rental – all kinds of coffee makers and plenty of large pans, which made cooking for everyone much easier.There was a great selection of games, and the play area and toys for the baby were great. We also appreciated the large outdoor seating areas, where we could all eat together, and the barbecue area.The location was very convenient – just 20 minutes to Alicante and the beach, with some great local hikes nearby too. There were also a few cafés, restaurants, and a golf club just a short walk away which we made use of.Jason, the host, was very friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything. It was a really good spot for our gathering, and we’d definitely recommend it for larger groups or families.

Great oportunities

Our stay in Villa Cassablanca has been a fantastic and wonderful experience. The house was perfect for our large family, 20 people, beautiful rooms with attached bathrooms. Both young and old had the opportunity to play and have fun together, with a myriad of play equipment, and not least in the large, beautiful pool, also here with various swimming rings, and water toys, sunbeds, and pool towels for everyone The fact that the garden was lit up in the evening gave children and adults the opportunity to continue playing after dark. Amazing villa

My family of 20, three generations aged from 7 to 72, have just had the most fantastic week at this beautiful villa, hosted by the amazing Jason and his wife Maribel. We secured this gorgeous villa some two years back to celebrate my 70th birthday and Jason has been answering my many questions during that time. He has always been prompt and extremely helpful. Jason and Maribel really can’t do enough for you, they are so attentive. The villa is very well equipped, the pool is lovely and the games rooms kept the grandchildren very well entertained. The lovely large tables and chairs on the balconies were just perfect for eating outside as a large group and there are also some lovely outside lounge areas under cover from the sun. The fig tree was even ready for us to help ourselves to! It was so kind of Jason and Maribel to have stocked the fridges with some essentials so we didn’t have to shop straight away. They also provided charcoal for the bbq, in fact they had thought about everything. We would not hesitate in recommending this fabulous place for anyone looking for somewhere special for the family.
