Villa Eliane with a large private pool and amazing sea views!

With 5 bedrooms we can receive 12 guests, however you can request 2 additional beds at a cost of €150/unit. per stay. You will also find a private gym with Sauna. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided.
We only allow domestic dogs as pets. The supplement for renting with a dog is 150.- € for the final cleaning and 1.000,- € security deposit. This will be charged before the rental. However, for rentals with dogs we ask you to be responsable with the home and the garden, and that the animal’s needs are collected and cleaned for the maximum care of the property. If there is a damage, hair on furniture, beds, sofas, etc., we will have to deduct the repairs or special cleaning from the security deposit.

Villa Eliane is a beautiful traditional Spanish-style villa set on a large 1,860 m² plot, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The property features a 10 × 5 m heated swimming pool, a chill-out area with barbecue and bar, a large garden, sun loungers, and stunning sea views. Pool heating during the winter season is available for 220€/week (approx. 30 °C).

The villa spans 313 m² and comprises a spacious living-dining area with kitchen and a large porch overlooking the sea. In total, there are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Two bedrooms feature 180 × 200 cm beds, and four bedrooms have 160 × 200 cm beds.

Air conditioning is provided throughout the villa, and guests can enjoy the private gym and sauna. Towels, bed linens, and beach towels are included, and high chairs and cots are available free of charge upon request.

Pets are welcome, but only domestic dogs. A supplement of 150€ for final cleaning and a 1,000€ security deposit applies. Guests are expected to care for the villa and garden, and any damage or extra cleaning required due to pets may be deducted from the deposit.

Normal electricity consumption of 100 kWh/day is included. Any higher consumption will be charged an additional €0.20/kWh. A 500€ deposit will be charged on-site via credit card for electricity consumption.
