Our stylish, newly refurbished home is situated very adjacent to Lincoln's Cathedral Quarter - it has a lovely view of the Cathedral from the rear bedroom!

Perfect for a short family break or friends reunion get-together.

We are a short five minute walk to the Cathedral, Castle and the Historic Bailgate area - full of an abundance of great independent shops, pubs and good restaurants.

The space
Wake Street is a 3 bedroom property, with one king size room, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, making it ideal for families or couples.

In the Master bedroom there is a Smart TV and plenty of storage space. The twin bedroom boasts views of Lincoln Cathedral.

Downstairs there is a beautifully decorated and furnished lounge area, a dining room leading through to the well equipped kitchen. It comes complete with a washing machine so longer stays are welcome.

Bathroom area is also on the ground floor.

We also have a secure garden, with outdoor furniture so feel free to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of your day in Lincoln.
