Rich in contemporary mediterranean architectural character, the Del Mar Hilltop Oceanview Resort Mansion blends into the tree-packed hills of Olde Del Mar. This exquisite estate provides an unparalleled sense of style and comfort. The outdoor living spaces are as remarkable as the interior, with multiple terraces, a sparkling pool and spa, a fully equipped swim up bar, a patio with a built-in barbecue area, and lush greenery that creates a sense of tranquility and privacy. The pool itself is an oasis of relaxation with its inviting blue waters, ample space for sunbathing on the in-pool lounge chairs. Stepping inside, the spacious living areas are adorned with elegant furniture, luxurious textures, and tasteful decor, creating an ambiance of refined sophistication. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a generous island for both cooking and socializing. The master suite is particularly impressive, with a spa-like bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and direct access to a private terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This newly remodeled, award-winning home was featured in the San Diego Home and Garden Magazine.

The owner will erect a mandatory temporary pool fence if the guests have any children under 5 or tenants that can't swim.

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located outside the front door, backyard, pool area, in the garage, balcony and the alley.
- The pool and spa heat is included in the total price.
- Guests do not have access to the patio immediately outside of the living room area.
- There is a separate ADU studio on the property that is occasionally occupied. The studio has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the main house, so you'll have full use of the home and backyard all to yourself. Since it's located on a lower level with no view of the pool or patio, you can relax and enjoy your stay with complete privacy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
