4km away from Vodnjan in a small villa resort "Paradiž" (Paradise), lies this 142m2 villa made for an ideal family holiday. It can accommodate 10 people. You have 4 bedrooms available: 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 double beds + 2 bedrooms with 2 combined single beds each. There you also have 2 bathrooms at your disposal, one with a washing machine, a living room with a large sofa, kitchen, balcony, porch, large 591m2 yard with a barbecue and a 32m2 swimming pool.
The house has just been restored and everything in it is new. You can use 2 Air conditioning devices, relax on a comfortable corner set, watch a large 55" smart LCD TV, and prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with a: dishwasher, oven, 2x fridge and a freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster.
The 32m2 Pool will provide you with a lot of fun. Around the pool, you have 6 new sun loungers at your disposal.
Your group can spend evenings dining together on the front porch. After all, enjoying meals outside is one of the beauties of summer, and large outside table with 8 seats is perfect for that. There is a tennis court that our guests can use, shared with other guests at the villa resort (16 villas), and also a half-basketball court where you can shoot some hoops.

This Villa is situated 4km away from Vodnjan in a small villa resort "Paradiž" (Paradise). Vodnjan-Dignano is a small town in the southwest of Istria, around 12 km from Pula, positioned at 135 meters above sea level. The town was formed on the remains of prehistoric hill forts. A legend says Vodnjan-Dignano developed out of the association of seven fairies which were a part of Pula’s colonial property. In order to survive the constant feud between the Patriarch of Aquilea and the Venetians, the seven villas (Vodnjan-Dignano, Mednjan, Guran, Saint Quirinus, Mandriol, Saint Michael of Banjole and Saint Lawrence) organize into one town: today’s Vodnjan-Dignano. Its wide area with typical little stone houses called kažuni, built from dry walls, that marked land property, is a witness to the millennium during which its inhabitants based their material prosperity on agriculture, especially olive growing and winegrowing.
