The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds (which can eventually become a double); thus proving ideal for families with children or for a group of friends. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and a bathtub, and a bright living room where you can relax. The kitchen is complete with all the amenities that guests may need during their stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. We also highlight the presence of private parking at the property, an excellent added value considering that Como is a city with very few parking spaces, and all for a fee.

The Attic is located in a strategic area near the Como public park, a huge green area that embraces the eastern shore of Lake Como. A few minutes' walk from the apartment is also the Tempio Voltiano, a museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta, the inventor of the electric battery. This apartment is also close to the ferry stop, the city center and the Como San Giovanni train station. .
