St. Thomas is back!! The island has made a recovery from two category five hurricanes, Irma and Maria. Cruise ships and tourists have returned to St. Thomas. Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina is back in business. The condo is ready to receive guests to enjoy our wonderful piece of paradise. This is by far one of the best condos at Sapphire Beach. Villa E-301. This is a 2-level villa, and it is in the "E" building, where the off-shore breezes blow across Pillsbury Sound over 2 wrap-around decks and into the villa. As you can see from the pictures, it has been fully upgraded by an interior designer with granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, glass shower, onyx sink, 2 large flat-panel TVs, teak and rustic furniture. Sapphire Beach is one of the most beautiful beachfront locations under the U.S. flag. You'll find plenty of descriptions on the numerous web sites featuring this unique property. Here are some key data points:

- This is the only property that is located right on Sapphire Beach beach/ocean front. It is Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina (SBRM). SBRM it is not a 5 star 'resort hotel' with room service like the Ritz Carlton, it is more like a residential condominium property.
- This condo is located on the top 2 floors of the E building # 301. This 2-story 'villa' has almost 1400 sq. ft. In the villa, the bedroom is upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and other bath are down stairs.
- The villa is a corner unit and has a wrap-around deck, on each floor, with an extra set of sliding glass doors on the side
- No pets are allowed.
-The is a non-smoking unit.
- The unit is a spacious, significantly upgraded, corner villa where you can leave the wide sliding glass doors open and listen to the ocean all day/night long.
- Sprint and AT&T consider the USVI to be just like the mainland, there are no roaming or long distance fees, whether calling locally or back to the mainland. Please check with your provider.
- The town of Red Hook with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. There is a market-Moe's Market-in Red Hook for your shopping convenience.

If you've made the decision to vacation at Sapphire Beach, the reasons to pick THIS villa are style, space, value and location. The E bldg offers an experience like being on your own private beach (see the property map). On the beach, steps to the pool and marina but away from the noise of the guests enjoying the beach. The property has the Sapphire Beach bar, the Painkillers are their speciality, Paradise Pizza, a coffee shop called the Buzz and an awesome 5 star restaurant called the Sea Salt. Great location and access to everywhere around Sapphire Beach. Balcony views east towards St. John. Host was very responsive in communication from rental contract to any questions you may have. Taxi services on the property makes it easy to get around but also a rental car is a good option with parking provided.

We had a wonderful vacation in St. Thomas and enjoyed this lovely unit. It has been maintained well and the owner is very attentive. She responded quickly to a couple of very minor issues and was wonderful to work with. This condo is on the 3rd floor and is a 2 floor unit. There are large walk-out balconies on both levels. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, both nicely updated. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, and both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. There is a cooktop and a microwave, but no oven or toaster over. We were able to navigate around this but be aware before you purchase any food items (like frozen pizza) that require an oven.Building E is between the marina and the pool (steps away from both). A bar/restaurant and a cute beach clothing shop are part of the complex but a short walk down the beach. Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina are close to Red Hook where you can take a car-ferry or a people-ferry to St. John. Consider a day trip to St. John a must! Also in Red Hook is Island Time restaurant with fabulous pizza and poke bowls. I can wholeheartedly recommend this unit! It will not disappoint!

Great location. The property is on Sapphire Beach, so we can just walk down to the beach without a car. They provided all basic stuff ( coffee, tea, spices, oil ) which are convenient for our stay. The beds are comfortable, and host is very responsive

First off, the host was immediately a great communicator and sent us very good instructions and information about getting to the unit. I made the mistake of accidentally booking an extra day, and she was so quick to help me adjust the stay. This unit at Sapphire Breeze Resort is SUCH A GREAT location in the complex. It had a living floor deck and an upper bedroom deck to pick from to watch the stunning sunrise from. The unit was very clean, and it was really nice to have two separate bathrooms with walk in showers so coming in from a day at the beach or pool there is enough hot water to supply both for a quick cleanup before heading to the fantastic on site restaurant(Sea Salt-stunning views, atmosphere, and phenomenal gourmet dishes). The master king bed for thinking it was going to be too hard in the first night, turned out to be phenomenally comfy! The kitchen was well equipped for our needs(pretty much coffee and tea for usā€¦ we didnā€™t stay long enough to cook). There were plenty of bath and beach towels, and the manager was so kind and brought more beach towels when we had a little issue with the AC unit. Both host and manager were so fast to respond and try to make things work right. I was super impressed! The view from the deck? I meanā€¦ there really arenā€™t words to describe just how pretty it is. This is a corner unit, so the view is so much better than if you were in a center unit. The beach was extremely clean. Everything was Great!

This place totally exceeded our expectations! The unit is beautiful and well-stocked with everything you need. Kitchen had what we needed, and the unit had ample beach towels, pool noodles, and snorkel gear for enjoying the beach and pool. We spent so much time on the large patios enjoying the breezes and the views! Even though the sargassum was abundant, they were clearing it each day and was not a problem.

We love St. Thomas and found this condo and location to be perfect. Sapphire Beach and Red Hook are the place to be. The condo was exactly as pictured, the check in process was seamless and great communication from the owner during a few power glitches to keep us up to date. The perfect vacation villa!

My husband and I stayed here when we were in St. Thomas for our wedding and honeymoon, and we have nothing but amazing things to say! The villa was just as nice as the photos and has the most incredible view of the ocean. Itā€™s far enough to be away from the beach crowd/noise but is still within a short walkable distance to Sapphire Beach and the beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops - taxis are easily accessible in the area which is a huge plus too. To top it all off, the host is wonderful and great with communication! Weā€™re already planning our next trip back and canā€™t wait to stay here again!

Outstanding!

This is not the first time we've stayed at Sapphire Bay, but it's the first time we've stayed here, and we will never stay anywhere else on STT. We have already booked our return trip for next year.The place is outstanding. The furnishings are complete. It is clean, comfortable, and communication with the host is outstanding. Check-in procedures, house, rules, everything we needed were included in our package before we left and made everything really easy.You should absolutely book this place, any week, but ours!

Anniversary Trip

This was our 1st time to St Thomas. We had a great time. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the bedroom could use some work and water pressure was low in the showers. Overall we would highly reccomend.

Nice condo, best condo location for watching the New Years fireworks. We enjoyed watching the boats and the fantastic ocen view. Only problem was having a parking spot in the front on the building. We would stay there again.

Beautiful beach

Sapphire beach is a beautiful beach, we loved the units quiet location and the incredible views it provided. There are great restaurants on site, and groceries, other restaurants and the ferry terminal to St John are within a mile (if you don't want to rent a car, taxi rate is $6 per person). The condo has everything that you could need if you want to cook, furniture and the bed is comfortable. The owners were great with communication. Would definitely rent again.
