My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Ross's place in Point Pleasant. Point Pleasant is a peaceful quiet property. The views are spectacular. Having the wrap around deck was great. We were always able to use the deck because it never got direct sun. We appreciated the high-end beach chairs and ubrealla that were in great condition. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Parking was close by, we never had a problem getting a space. We enjoyed the restaurants on property. We walked down to Lion Fish. There's a path. It's steep but doable.I would definitely stay here again!

Great view from bed of the sunrise every morning. Very nice and quiet area. The balcony was peaceful to sit at and enjoy the view. Host was very quick with communication. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!

We love Point Pleasant and this condo was a great place to stay. Every amenity from home with AMAZING views!!! The generator was such a vital element. The shuttle service was great and as always the property and staff are top notch! Xaverie took great care of us. We will definitely be back.

Cozy paradise

We had a beautiful stay in St Thomas. This resort is cozy and comfortable and the hosts ensure that your every need is addressed. We will be back to this gorgeous paradise. Hopefully to make it a home away from home.

Beautiful View

This was the perfect condo with the BEST view! The host was very attentive and accommodating. This condo provided everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this condo and will be rebooking again.

Lovely stay!

We had a great visit to Simply Heaven. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need to make this a very comfortable stay. They even provided beach chairs and nice snorkeling gear which we put to good use everyday! It was a great home base for exploring all the different areas of the island. We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t tell you if the seating in the unit was comfortable because we spent every minute we were there on the deck! Plenty of seating options for lounging or dining there and it is worth every moment to enjoy the spectacular view! The host provided beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler and snorkeling gear and we spent every day on a different beach. It was fabulous. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions provided and had excellent dinners at several of them. Loved this unit which was as shown in the pictures and very clean.

Fantastic Views

The view at this place was the best thing about my vacation. I loved the location, it was very close to everything. The accommodations were excellent, it had everything you could want. I hope to return in the future.

Absolutely Amazing

Everything was stress-free from check-in to check-out. Host gave us some great tips on activities and how to get around the island. Staff in the community was nice and friendly. The view was to die for.

Beautiful condo, stunning view, lovely resort & great location

The condo had everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. Quick 5 minute drive to Red Hook, about 20 minute drive to Magen's Bay Beach. Host provided us with lots of tips, places to go, restaurant suggestions. A gem all around!

Great stay!

The property was advertised, clean, and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly, easy to access, and accommodating. The views are terrific. The only negative is the small water heater - hardly enough hot water for one shower. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Really enjoyed this unit! This was our first time visiting St Thomas and the view was incredible! The villa was nicely appointed with everything you need and as distributed. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. I really enjoyed the wrap around balcony. We liked sitting outside in the mornings having coffee and in the evening. Communication with the owner good and they answered any questions I had. There is a shuttle on site that will pick you up at your door and take you anywhere in the property, which is really nice since it’s very hilly and not walkable from top to bottom. The two restaurants on site are convenient when you don’t feel like going out. We had a great vacation and would stay here again.

The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. While it doesn't offer daily resort-style services, it provides all the amenities you'd expect in a vacation rental. The wraparound balcony is spacious and offered spectacular views. The bedroom was comfortable, with a semi-firm mattress and plenty of storage. The living room TV worked great and included access to numerous streaming apps. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. The resort itself is very well maintained, featuring three pools, two restaurants, and convenient golf cart shuttle service throughout the property. Sun & Sea Grill, located right on the water, serves classic island fare, while Lionfish Grill offers excellent Asian-inspired cuisine, decadent desserts, and beautiful bay views. There are plenty of walking paths throughout the resort, although the terrain is steep and can be quite a workout. The beach is small but suitable for snorkeling.My only real drawback was the constant music from nearby Coki Beach and Margaritaville during the day. I also wouldn't recommend Coki Beach due to limited parking and the abundance of vendors.For beach lovers, I highly recommend Lindqvist Beach, Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Secret Harbor, and Brewers Bay. Sapphire Beach had some erosion issues during my visit, but the resort there is still very nice. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Great views!!

Loved this place. Thank you for the beach towels, chairs, floating stuff and cooler! They were great to use throughout the trip! Only suggestion would be to figure out how to get AC in the bedroom better. We used all fans available to us but it was still warm to sleep in the bedroom but very cold in the living area. The air doesn’t move well around the place. Also, very warm in the bathroom. Otherwise, great stay!

Best VRBO Experience We've Ever Had!I don't know where to start- the hosts are amazing. The views from this condo are spectacular- we saw so many beautiful sights on our trip but nothing is better than from this condo's terrace! The accommodations couldn't have been more perfect - everything is stocked and they provide necessities in the fridge, the kitchen, the bathroom- even beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, snorkel gear and so much more. We did have one issue with the batteries in the door lock dying- we discovered it when we got back at night and called our hosts. They answered immediately and gave us the lock box code so we could get in. They came the very next morning to change the batteries. They checked on us periodically to make sure everything was good. Point Pleasant is a really cool Resort- there are beautiful views from everywhere. There are trails and stairs and pools and restaurants and it's so reasonably priced for everything you get. I couldn't more highly recommend their beautiful property or them as hosts- I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

February 2020

We stayed 10 days in February at Simply Heaven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. The view from this condo is high on a hill overlooking St John and the BVI’s. It is spectacular and is now my screen saver. The owners have thought of everything and the condo is equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay. There are just too many to list but as an example they have books, DVD’s, binoculars, games, chargers, etc. The furnishings are high end. Importantly the king mattress is very comfortable. At least 5 times on our trip, one of us used the adjective “heaven”. This condo is named appropriately.

We are also very picky about a comfy mattress and added the new mattress and bedding shortly after we purchased Simply Heaven in June 2019.
