We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excellent location, found the property in great condition, and appreciated the communication and support from our team during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the refrigerator/freezer. While a temporary unit and additional cooling support were provided during your stay, we understand it was not sufficient for your needs. We’re happy to share that the main refrigerator has since been fully replaced to ensure a better guest experience moving forward. Regarding the elevator, while the building does have an elevator, we do not advertise elevator access for this property because it can occasionally be unpredictable. We never want guests booking with the expectation that it will be consistently available throughout their stay. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future under improved conditions.
