This was a great property with fantastic views. Only negative was there is no AC which was not clear thankfully the temperature was in the 70s and they provided a ton of fans. Otherwise great stay!

Be prepared for no a/c in the summer. The property has fans, so that helps. Perfect for our group, and good location. Hot good for those with mobility problems as the property has tons of stairs throughout.

Pricey but Unbelievably lovely. Highly recommend! Spacious, pretty, very well maintained and included beach chairs and a beach umbrella! Can’t beat the view of the ocean! My family loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whole family with 4 kids slept like babies to the sound of the waves. The location and view was worth it alone.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and was just as described. The unit felt roomy and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. It was fabulous to see the ocean and to hear it, too! Access to the beach was easy and the children enjoyed the pool as well. Parking in the building made it easy to come and go. I'm missing that morning coffee on the balcony! (The concerns I had, previous to the trip, were answered promptly by the host.)

We loved this place so I gave it a perfect review. Good location, Was kept nice. Property management was great. The only annoying thing that I'll note is that the tenant in the condo just below bangs up on the ceiling all the time when you walk around and he left a note that we should stop stomping around (but our family was just walking normally) so just be prepared for that unpleasant behavior. I don't know if they are always there (or just happened to be during our stay). But aside from them, everything was great (again, gave it a perfect review).

This was the perfect stay. Especially we enjoyed the balcony view and very convenient master bathroom which is important for the people with mobility issues.

Very nice clean place. Loved it. The security staff at the check in area were lazy and not helpful at all. When we checked in at the HOA office the lady was very nice and helpful

This location was everything our family needed for a weekend getaway. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and the check in process was seamless. We fell asleep to the ocean in the evening and woke up with the most gorgeous sunrise every morning. The proximity to the beach was key. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We had our family vacation here and had an absolute great time! The place has been remodeled and had everything we needed! Perfect location! Definitely will be rebooking if we return to Oceanside.

Great place to stay with a large family. The pool is great and the home is large and great for a family. We loved the experience. It was close to everything and we loved that as we had little ones.
