This is a truly modern apartment in Westminster. Close to the Pimlico underground station and to all of the best places to site see. We highly recommend this apartment and its owner.

Large and well equipped flat on a quieter street but yet 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament. Lots of pubs and good eateries a short walk away. Edmund was proactive and helpful in his communications and we greatly appreciated all the extra touches and assistance. A fantastic hub from which to explore London. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this spot in London. The hosts were wonderful, easy to communicate with and immediately responsive to questions. This is a good location in a quiet area (caught sight of parakeets a couple of times), not long walks to transportation and for those with good mobility a reasonable walk to many attractions. The weather in London warmed up while we there which allowed us to enjoy the balcony. Definitely recommend this place and we would stay there again.

The flat was in a very lovely and quiet part of Westminster. Perfect for a first time trip to London, close to tube, food stores, and local pubs. An overall exceptional location. We would definitely stay there again.

We can't say enough good things about this flat, our host, and the amazing neighborhood in Westminster, which is close to everything we wanted to do in London. Edmund's attention to detail as a host was over-the-top excellent, everything from fresh flowers to pre-set device chargers in the living room and bedrooms (both sides of the bed to boot), plus excellent local recommendations and treats in the fridge. The beautiful early October weather made the balcony and fresh air (open windows with breeze!) a welcome break from hot, steamy Florida :) We can't wait to return to London, and will most definitely seek to re-rent this place. Thank you, Edmund, and sister Caraline too, who was an amazing greeter at check-in. With thanks and cheers, Sue and Steve

**GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOSTS** Ed and his sister Caraline met us at the flat to quickly give us the keys and show us around. The flat itself was perfect and comfortable close to many great places to eat and very easy to get around with all the tube stops. This is also a much quieter area of London which we very much appreciated. Would highly reccomend!

This apartment was perfect for us. Edmund is a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. If we had a question later he responded very quickly.This apartment is in an excellent location. The tube station close as are many lovely restaurants. It is also easy to walk to the nearest location to catch the bus. We loved our stay here and recommend this apartment

Warm, informative, in-person, greeting by Caraline at our early check-in. Lovely flat in a residential neighborhood in walking distance from Westminster Abbey; pubs, grocery store, and the delightful Regency Cafe if you want a traditional English breakfast with locals are all nearyby. Quick, helpful, responses by Edmund both before and during our stay. We particularly appreciated the chocolate and bubbly, which we enjoyed on the balcony on a beautiful spring afternoon, just like the photo shows!

The host was very welcoming and the flat was lovely! So cozy and clean. Ed and his family were so amazingly gracious and generous. The amenities were nice and the location perfect to touch off to any part of London. If you stay around the local area, you can also enjoy great offerings such as Mio Restaurant and Bar. Highly recommend this spot!!!!
