Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the house, its spacious layout and peaceful location, and that our property managers were responsive during your stay. Please allow us to clarify that the issue with the pool heating was unexpected, and our team did everything possible to get it working again as quickly as possible, allowing you to enjoy the pool heating for the remainder of your stay. We do, however, regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Regarding household supplies, as indicated in the listing, the property is self-catering, so guests are expected to purchase any additional consumables they may need during their stay. We provide an initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper and bin bags, to help guests settle in comfortably. Thank you for your recommendation. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in the Algarve. Warm regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
