When we were notified that the coffee maker was not working, we immediately provided a replacement. Regarding the bathroom door, as I was approximately two hours away, I suggested trying the interior lock as a quicker solution. Fortunately, the door was opened just a few minutes later. Had that not worked, I would have arranged assistance to resolve the issue. Regarding the lawn, it had been professionally maintained just three days before the stay, and I shared a video showing that it had recently been cut. We will continue to closely monitor the exterior maintenance. The home’s sleeping arrangements and maximum occupancy are clearly detailed in the listing, including the available beds, an additional mattress, and a crib for young children. We will review the listing again to make sure this information is as clear as possible. Finally, although the concerns regarding cleanliness and furniture comfort were not brought to our attention during the stay, we take them seriously and will review these areas with our team to help improve the experience for future guests.
