LOVELY fully furnished home in an idylic tropical location for quiet relaxation and still with access to everything you’d want for a perfect vacation. Great Fishing! Bring your boat!  Or just fish from the dock and enjoy birdwatching. Only about 15-20 minutes out to Charlotte harbor by boat and surrounded by great kayaking waterways. Fishing Gear and two quality kayaks available for guest use. If you love the water and outdoor water sports of all kinds, this is the perfect place for you. And the SUNSETS are gorgeous right from the pool!

Enjoy the tranquility of our newly renovated home with a large caged heated pool, 3 bedrooms, (king, queen, 2 twins) & 2 full baths.
Close to Punta Gorda, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the favorite Boca Grande Island by boat or by car. I love this spot because no one is directly across from the house on the canal, or on either side of the house, so it’s has lots of privacy!

• Very Serene w no traffic at all, yet just 10 minutes to major shopping areas.
• Very close to the Punta Gorda! A popular nightspot with great dining options.
• Close to many beautiful beaches. (Englewood, Boca Grande, Venice).
• Tampa and Busch Gardens to the north less than 2 hrs away.

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. Neighborhood was very peaceful and we loved spending time in the heated pool. Loved the sun deck as well as sitting out on the pier to overlook the secluded canal. We saw and heard many fish jumping and even saw a dolphin one evening. I would recommend this home to stay.

We had a great time! The house is perfect for a quiet family vacation. Plenty of near by family friendly stuff to do nearby, clean beach, and not far from larger cities. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a very safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are great. My wife loved being able to do some laundry so we didn't have to pack as much. We didn't catch any fish, but the canal is a nice bonus. If you can bring a boat, this is the place for you! Perfect access for boats of all sizes. If you don't bring a boat, it will still be the place for you. The host is very kind, helpful, and available if needed. My family and I would highly recommend and would rent this place again without hesitation.

Beautiful Place

The house was wonderful. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and fishing on the dock. It was a very peaceful quiet place. The house was clean and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a place in Port Charlotte, this is definitely it.

Great place! Quiet, peaceful views of nature

The home is very clean, in a great quiet neighborhood. Watching the fish jump was a treat as I floated in the perfectly tempered pool. The host is very nice and responsive to all questions. Highly recommend!

Great property and loved the kayaks

The house was great, clean and well-kept. The location was very convenient and the fishing dock and the kayaks were a favorite with the family. Will stay here again if we get the chance. My nine-year-old son liked it so much he wanted us to buy the house!

Wonderful vacation spot!

The property had everything we needed to have fun! A heated pool, a hot tub, kayaks, and a canal and dock for our boat! Caught some nice fish from the dock, too! Very quiet neighborhood added to the peace!

A wonderful vacation to remember

We stayed for the month of February. Everything was ready for us with a few bonus items (a hot tub and a sunning deck). My family was very impressed with the view of the canal and the foliage across from us. We would love to come back next year.

Serene and beautiful environment!The home is well equipped with basic cooking and bbq needs, even with spices in the cabinet. Everything works great. It was clean and no water damage noted at all, I am allergic to a lot of things and had absolutely no issues with carpet in rooms. The master king bed is super comfortable. The waterway is excellent for any boater looking for a quick cruise to the harbor-it's 12-15 minutes into Charlotte Harbour. Great and quiet neighborhood. The host is very receptive and answers at a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely keep this place in mind any time we return to Port Charlotte..:))

Beautiful views

We had a lovely 6 week stay here while we searched for our own home in Port Charlotte. The home was well equipped for all your needs and you couldn’t ask for a more serene and beautiful location. We throughly enjoyed the pool and lanai. Working with the home owner to extend our stay was easy and pleasant. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful.Good fishing right from the dock and easy bay access 10/15minutes away with a boat. We caught hundreds of fish in the area.Kids loved the pool. Wife and I enjoyed the hot tub.Location is excellent, 10 minutes by car to everyday shopping needs and to the bait shop.Listing is accurate and the host provided quick and efficient communication. Home was clean and stocked appropriately.Highly recommend this property for a lovely family get away.If we come to the area again I would definitely stay again.Thank you!

A Little Paradise

We spent most the month of March in this beautiful home. The house is even nicer than in the pictures. The master suite was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the large shower. We practically lived out by the pool. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Thanks to the wonderful owners for sharing thier beautiful home!

Nice Home - Beautiful Neighborhood

My husband & I spent the month of March here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Location is very quiet but a short ride to anything you need. The heated pool is wonderful as is the master bedroom suite. The canal is wide, quiet and no development on the other side. We saw many fish jumping and alot of the native birds visited us often. Wonderful place to spend some time.

Paradise

From the moment I entered the house I felt instantly at home. The lanai was wonderful from early morning coffee with the birds singing and the fish jumping to a glass of wine in the evening. Thank you Anga for sharing a little piece of paradise with me.
