There is a heated swimming pool inside a screened enclosure with access from the kitchen, dining, living, and main bathrooms! Huge sliding glass doors allow for the pool lanai to become an extension of the house. Split floor plan with master suite on one side of the home with a pool and canal view! The other two bedrooms also enjoy privacy as the rooms are not close together and the queen bedroom has its own private ½ bath. Huge fenced in yard on a canal. The home is in Port Charlotte, 10 min to Punta Gorda, 45 min to Ft Myers. The Punta Gorda Airport is 20 minutes from the house!
