This property combines rest and fun in a family atmosphere, with space to relax from sunrise to sunset under the Málaga sun. The house has three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for families or small groups. Additionally, it has two bathrooms: a full bathroom with bathtub inside the property and a practical external toilet located next to the pool area, perfect for added convenience during swimming days.



The spacious living-dining room connects with a fully equipped interior kitchen, whilst outside you'll find an outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue, perfect for al fresco meals by the private pool. The porch surrounds the house, offering an ideal spot for breakfasts or for watching the children whilst they have fun in the pool. The orientation of the property ensures areas of sun and shade throughout the day, perfect for any season.



The location is strategic, with quick access to motorways and roads that make it easy to visit the entire province of Málaga and its tourist attractions: just 2 km from the Guadalhorce River, 10 km from Málaga–Costa del Sol airport, 15 km from Torremolinos beaches and theme parks such as Tivoli World and Selwo Marina, and 50 km from Marbella and the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is welcoming and safe for children, making it an ideal option for families.
