Spectacular views of Beaver Creek trails from every window! Unit 204 has Ski slope views, it's bright and sunny, fully renovated and is located slope side, just above Beaver Creek Village with easy access to restaurants, shops and the skating rink. The 3 bedroom 3 Bathroom condo has two master suites (both with KING Beds ) and flat screen TV's, en-suite bathrooms, additional bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. No adults on top bunks. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender and toaster. Dining area that seats 10 at table and 4 at bar. Spacious Living room with wood burning fireplace, 65" flat screen TV and balcony. Flat Screen TVs with complimentary cable, Netflix and free wireless internet. No stairs from garage to apartment.

Unit #204 comes with a private ski locker on the first floor with walk out access directly onto Beaver Creek mountain. You can ski right over to the Centennial chairlift (Chair 6) or down to ski school. Westview has its own outdoor hot tub, and additionally has free access to the pool and two additional hot tubs next door at the Highlands Lodge.

Free attached underground heated parking garage for 1 car.

This was a great stay. The host was very welcoming and communicative before and during our vacation. The location is excellent for ski in / ski out. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen making it easy to prepare family meals. Otherwise, it's a short walk to the village for evening fun. Highly recommend.

Hard to beat the location for this rental. Unit is clean and well stocked, including lots of hooks for hanging gear at end of day. Owner is very responsive and lovely to work with. Wonderful property!

Wonderful Unit in Great Ski-in/Ski-out Location

This unit is bright and personable. Great location with great skiing access and convenient hot tub for apres ski. Well stocked, well appointed, comfortable beds (we didnā€™t use bunks) and a great host. Easy check-in and out. We would definitely stay here again. You wonā€™t find any surprises or disappointments in this unit. Wonderful stay for our family.

Amazing condo!

Our experience was incredible! Highly recommend staying at this condo. The ski in-ski out was awesome, it is walking distance to the Beaver Creek village and the parking garage was very convenient. There was plenty of sitting space for us and the unit had what we needed for cooking, coffee, etc. If you want a turn key experience on the mountain, this is the place to stay!!

Very nice and great location

The condo was in very good condition. The bathrooms have just been redone. It was a nice sized condo for a 3 bedroom. Great, convenient location with easy ski in/out access. We walked each night into the village for dinner (5-10 minutes). Heated underground parking. Will stay there again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time together with the fam while at this Highlands Townhome. You cannot get easier access to the slopes, while being a short walk to the village. We all loved the ski room complete with boot driers on the first level. The owner was very responsive making this trip extremely relaxing. Would definitely consider booking again!

Fantastic stay!

Check-in process was effortless and we were lucky to score a great parking space. The condo was clean and the location in the building fairly convenient for a quick descent to the ski room. The locker was spacious and able to hold all of our ski equipment. The condo was clean, very well appointed with nice views. The fire place works great and made our evenings cosy. The ski in and ski out experience is amazing - quick and straightforward, we were at centennial lift within a minute of getting in our skis. This also makes for a very easy walk to and from the village - 5 minutes. The host was very responsive and readily available via text and email. Highly recommend for a great snow sports vacation.

Amazing Ski Condo and Wonderful Owner

Everything is as advertised and more. Karin communicated early and often and checked in with us via text/email before arrival, at check-in, during our stay, and at check-out to ensure everything went smoothly, which it absolutely did. The condo itself is very well furnished and the beds exceedingly comfortable. The cleaning job was immaculate and even my wife, who is a clean freak, was impressed and comfortable. The offer for a midweek cleaning was much appreciated. The kitchen had all the small things you need in a kitchen that you never bring with you. The ski slope is 10 feet from the building door and an 1 minute ski down an easy green to Beaver Creek Resort. The ski lockers and boot dryers on the first floor are just amazing. It'll be hard to go skiing any other way!

Fantastic location and plenty of space

We have visited Beaver Creek several times in the past. This is our first time to stay int he Highlands side of the base and it was fantastic. The unit was more than enough room for the five of us and very comfortably appointed. We didn't cook in much, but the kitchen was fully stocked. Including all the necessities for cooking including oil, salt and spices. The two king beds worked perfect for our family and my parents. The kids enjoyed the bunk room (don't kids always love bunk beds for some reason) . The living room was perfect size with plenty of room to snuggle on couch and watch TV. We were far from cramped with the large TV room. The ski in ski out was wonderful with the ski locker right inside the door. My parents used the shuttle extensively to navigate around the village. Never more than a 5 minute wait if that long. The location of the condo is up hill from the bottom of centennial so it was perfect to ski down, get your cookie(s) and ride up buckaroo to ski down to the condo. I will plan on staying here next time I am in Beaver Creek. Don't miss out on this completely up to date condo.

I doubt there will be a property owner who is more accommodating and helpful than Karin. She was very proactive when anything arose that required a response. I was at her place for 6 weeks and she stepped up on every situation.

My family loves to ski and this location was fantastic for us. Our Beaver creek home is a happy place for the family. We love the views and can ski home for a quick lunch etc.

Although we bought Westview in 2017, our family has owned in Beaver Creek since 1984. We have a long established rental history.

This home is well located, right on the mountain above Centennial lift (CHAIR 6) and Children's Gondola, bright and sunny and has views of the ski mountain. The building is well maintained and the condo was recently renovated. Wake up and enjoy watching the snow fall on the trails.
