Great location, amazing view and loved the quick walk to the village. If staying in the summer months, it is important to note that the bunk room does not have an exterior window. We compensated by buying more fans for that room. Overall, a great stay and we would book again!

Spring Break Ski Trip

The property was lovely, clean and incredibly well located. The ski lockers are on the first floor of the building and the Elkhorn Lift is just right out the door. Truly ski-in/ski-out. We had a couple of hiccups, but the owner was very responsive and corrected everything promptly. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice but beware

There is not housekeeping despite the listing saying there is. When I sent a message to the host asking about it, I did not receive a response. Do not expect it to be stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent or dish washing soap. The small tv in the upstairs bedroom is broken. There are a lot of things that seem to be left behind by other renters so you donā€™t know what you can use or not. The blender is broken Otherwise, the master bed is comfortable. The location and view are great. The ski lockers and hot tub are great. The fireplace is very nice, and the kitchen is nicely renovated.

Very nice, well cared for condo. Loaded with everything needed in kitchen & baths. Front desk staff friendly & helpful. Great location, parking garage, grounds & Lovely pool. Minor dislikes- interior lighting was too dim for our liking and upper level too warm for summerā€” good thing we brought along extra box fans Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great location! Clean and very convenient to the village and close to places to eat. All amenities were great and the master bed was very comfortable.Parking was convenient and overall stay was fantastic. I would recommend staying at this condo. Looked bigger in the photos but very quaint and was all we needed to be comfortable.

Gorgeous View Wonderful Stay

This condo hit on all cylinders. Spacious, two story for added privacy. Top floor and soaring ceilings! Easy transport to get around with no driving, parking, etc. with The Beaver Creek Village Connect App. Gondola and Chairlift Rides in summer get you up the mountain for fun, hiking, food! Quiet serene views. All the comforts of home! Highly recommended.Very responsive from our host! Thank you so much!

Lovely ski-in/ski-out location in Beaver Creek (for intermediate + skiers). There is a convenient on-demand shuttle into village, but one can easily walk to village as well. Nice ski locker room with immediate access to slope & Elkhorn lift.

Great Property with some hiccups

Overall the location, building, and unit are great. We had a group of 6 and the property was mostly perfect for us. There were a couple small issues that were resolved quickly. Ex. light bulbs missing in a couple fixtures and the pilot light went out in the fireplace and it wouldnā€™t turn on. I would definitely recommend this property though.

A very nice penthouse condo, superb view and location

Very clean, as advertised, very quiet, cosy. We were a couple of grandparents (downstairs bedroom), our daughter, husband and two children in the two rooms upstairs - and that worked perfectly. Each had a very good full bathroom, plus there is an extra toilet and wash basin next to the kitchen. Great location and view. Good beds, plenty of pillows. Easy to adjust the temperature in the rooms (we like it cool at night, so we just turned down the temperature, yet were able to keep the bathroom nice and warm). Lots of good pots and pans, utensils. The fireplace adds a nice touch. Ski in and ski out was outstanding. The staff of the building was very helpful and friendly (parking permit, ski locker, opening the hot tub, coffee and tea in the lobby as of 7:30 am ...). The owner is very responsive. We used the swimming pool and the hot tub a few times - very nice indeed ! Warmly recommended, we will gladly come back.

Perfect ski condo!

We loved our trip at this condo. The ski in/ski out was so convenient, especially having a ski/boot locker room right off the lobby. The outdoor pool and hot tub were heavenly after skiing all day and the shuttles to the village could not have been easier. The condo itself was gorgeous and spacious for our family of 5. The owner was so helpful in getting back to our questions and the kitchen was perfect to cook family meals. We'd come back here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, beautiful

Our family visited Beaver Creek for the first time in August. Maxine's place was beautiful, as pictured. The view from the balcony includes the mountains, ski lift and tons of friendly hummingbirds! The kitchen had all that we needed, and the beds/linens were extremely comfortable. You will have almost everything you need (shampoo, kitchen, etc.) except for bathroom soap, so be sure to pack that! A grocery, wine store and everything else you need is close by. Parking in the garage was easy, as was the free shuttle around the resort. We are not skiers but I would imagine this is a skiers paradise due to its location! Communicating with Maxine was very quick and easy. Everyone at the property was very friendly. She was on top of everything! Highly recommend.

This property was wonderful. Very comfortable for our family of four and beautiful inside. My kids loved having the pool after a long day of hiking and biking. Easy walk into town center. Overall loved the property and will definitely plan on coming back!
