At Kvie Sø you will find this architect-designed summer house with an outdoor hot tub and plenty of room for 10 people + 2 people in the loft. In the house, emphasis has been placed on energy-efficient solutions with solar cells and 2 pcs. air/air heat pumps which can also be used as air conditioning. There is a cot in the house. Large, delicious outdoor hot tub for 6 people for comfort and relaxation in all kinds of weather and outdoor shower. The summer house has everything for the perfect summer house holiday with activities both outside and inside. In the activity room, you can play billiards, table tennis, table football or challenge each other in a game on the games console. There is a wooden terrace/walkway around the entire house and on the lawn there is an opportunity to jump on a trampoline and play a football match against a goal. There is free access to the Varde Swimming pool and partly also bowling. From the house there is only approx. 300 m to Kvie Sø, where you will also find the "pancake house" and the beautiful nature around the lake. The house is equipped with solar cells, which means that the electricity consumption that must be settled for is significantly reduced. It is possible to charge an electric car type CEE-kontakt IEC-60309. Not for rent to youth groups. No pets allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
