This beautiful and spacious 2800 sq ft home is only 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and only minutes from South Fork. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a king bed, a queen bed and a full size bathroom. The second master bedroom is located down stairs with a king bed, a twin bed and a full bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are downstairs: one with a queen bed and the other with bunk bed, queen on the bottom, twin on the top. The third bathroom is located between these bedrooms. All towels and linens are furnished. Washer and dryer located in the heated garage. Fully equipped kitchen. Back deck gives you plenty of room to get outside, sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view. This is a pet friendly home.

Family Ski Trip

The house is amazing. Kitchen and dining room was big and nice place to gather. Living room had a big TV which we enjoyed watching the Longhorns win. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic again

Wolf Creek Ski 25

We loved the location of this house, close enough to drive to the ski resort, ski rental and groceries. The spacious floorplan allowed our family to enjoy time together or spreadout. Our littles loved the deer coming right up to the porch

Great family ski cabin!

We stayed here with 4 teens and a tween for our family ski trip to Wolf Creek. The home was just what we needed. It was comfortable and everyone felt at home. We LOVED the hot tub after a long day skiing. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and 3 bathrooms since we had a larger group. We will stay again when we return to South Fork.

So perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This was our third time renting this property. It’s beautiful, cozy and quiet. The hot tub was a nice break after the days’ activities. We will stay here as often as we can.

Family vacation

Beautiful house that was a comfortable stay for my family of 4, my parents and our dogs. The patio is large and shaded, and listening to the wind blow through the pines was lovely. Thank you for sharing your home! I would definitely book again!

Comfortable Family Getaway

The property was beautiful, well-kept, and had plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the hot tub and the large communal spaces in the kitchen and living area. The only downside was that the property advertised a fenced-in yard for the dogs, but the yard was no longer fenced so we had to keep the dogs on-leash.

Great property for multiple people! New covered patio is a great addition! Only complaint is the floors felt gritty so no one felt comfortable without shoes. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect mountain get away

This was a wonderful stay for our 2 families of 4. Plenty of space to be outside, share meals together and relax. 2 great primary suites plus plenty of space for kids to be together (or separate) as needed. Great kitchen, lovely back patio. Minor issue with no key in the lock box but the owner answered the call immediately and got us inside right away.

Excellent

We enjoyed the lodge. We came for a family funeral. It was relaxing and homelike afterwards. Nice location plenty of room and traveling a long distance our dog had to come and was comfy, read policy. Luckily he is a service dog in training so keeping off furniture was no problem. We would rent again.

Roomy, comfortable beds

Great place. Cute neighborhood in south forke. We skid wolf creek with friends and used this as home base. Kitchen was well stocked. We could have used more bath towels, otherwise no complaints. Beds are comfy in the downstairs. A little soft upstairs according to our friends who slept up there. We had a great time.

Mountain Escape

4th time staying here overall excellent experience each stay. New back porch concrete slab and roofing is excellent year round addition. Should update listing with new pictures. Improvements needed are new back screen door off kitchen and new oven as existing oven does not heat with accuracy on bake setting. Would stay again

White Christmas

Our family loves to spend Christmas in Colorado. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ponderosa Pines. The location was close to WolfCreek Ski area. Driving was great. The roads were maintained. It snowed 5 inches while we were there and we were cautious about the drive but it was a beautiful drive to the ski area and to Pagosa Springs. The house is comfy and cozy. The wildlife was exciting to watch. We had a momma and her fawn greet us every morning. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, two car garage. Everything was so nice.

The house was bigger inside than I expected! We had enough beds to comfortably sleep our group of 9 (7 adults, 2 kids). The wood cabinets in bathrooms & kitchen look old & worn... a little Freemans Furniture Creme or Lemon Oil would revive them & make them look better. We had trouble with the garage door code not working...it is "cranky" according to the host. We couldn't find any BBQ grill utensils to use. Joyce-Ann, the host, brought some new ones over to us our first full day there. We ran out of propane for the BBQ grill. Joyce-Ann, was quick to bring us another propane tank, so we could finish cooking our dinner!She provided good communication & was quick to respond to questions/ problems via vrbo mail, text or phone call.The back deck covered patio was especially big & was a nice place to relax after a long day of riding the atv trails.I would recommend this property.

cleaning crew left before they finished. We arrived to find a bucket and mop in the middle of the kitchen floor. Unfolded towels and basket were on the dining room table. Kitchen bar etc. needed cleaning before we could use them. Loved the setup of the house and the backyard. Kids had fun playing in the snow after skiing. Nice arrangement.

Cozy and Wonderful Home near Wolf Creek

We spent 2 nights in this wonderful home and really enjoyed our time here. The house is very spacious with a cozy living room and very large kitchen. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing too. Location was within easy proximity to restaurants and a quick ride to Wolf Creek Ski Resort. One call-out I have is that the amenities says "fenced yard" and photos show a fenced area; however, the fence has been removed. We brought our dogs with us and expected to have a fenced area they could spend time in. Not a huge deal though, but something to know if you are counting on the fence.
