Villa Can Cosme is a beautiful Mallorcan style four bedrooms villa situated away from the busy road in between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. This exceptional villa nestles peacefully on a fenced-in private property of 6.611 m² at the edge of S'Albufereta Reserve.

It is set within a lush garden of mature palms and manicured trees. Spectacular gardens, mountain views and rolling fields offer a magical atmosphere and extreme peace for those who are staying at the villa. The large private swimming pool with roman steps (8.75m x 3.85m, D: 1.1m – 2m) is located at the centre of garden. Next to the pool you can also find some loungers at the lawn, ideal for a relaxing time and hot summer days.

The interiors of Can Cosme are very welcoming, with rustic stone walls, beamed ceilings and wooden furniture.

The villa is set on 2 floors and is nicely furnished combining traditional elements with modern details. The main entrance to the property is through the large lounge/dining room which has a direct access to a big seating terrace. A door on the other side leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you can find 2 bedrooms – a double bedroom (air-conditioned), a full bathroom, a twin bedroom (air-conditioned) and a shower room. Going up the stairs to the first floor you will find two other twin bedrooms (both are air-conditioned). One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 3. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 4. The electricity consumption (€0.30 /Kw) is not included in the rental price and will be paid on site.

Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
