Ca'n Moranta is a beautiful country house, lined with stone and Mallorcan style, located in a very quiet area surrounded by forest and a beautiful orange orchard.
The house, on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a large well-equipped kitchen, living room, large covered terrace with a large table to enjoy a good meal on the barbecue or enjoy of a quiet game of table tennis, cool off in the pool surrounded by a pleasant and well-kept garden and stroll around in the middle of nature.
It is located near the towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, with beautiful coves to enjoy the sea. Wide variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife a few km.
You can also enjoy the house in winter season, taking advantage of the proximity of the Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The house has a wood stove for a warm atmosphere.

The property was perfect for a small group getaway. Its secluded location felt made us feel like we could fully relax but the distance to various towns was not far. Bedrooms with AC were great, kitchen did the job for cooking and the outdoor area (pool, dining table, bbq, table tennis) were all well equipped.

Incredible villa

The photos do not show how amazing this villa is. The location is so peaceful and the pool is huge. We spent a wonderful 10 days here and spent more time around the villa and pool than we normally do, enjoying the location. The owner is so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your villa.

Quiet villa

We had a relaxing stay in the villa. Quiet setting but easy drive from Palma airport and close to Pollença for good restaurants. Had everything we wanted there

Gorgeous peaceful location

The host Margarita is delightful and very accommodating- she left a hamper of food as a welcome gift and was on hand if we had any questions. Very peaceful setting- a car is required as it so down a remote track- perfect place to relax and as base for exploring. Highly recommend!

Sweet and comfortable house in peaceful countryside

We loved our time here, the house is very well cared for, and the location is quiet and beautiful. The pool is great, there is plenty of comfortable space outside to sit and to listen to the sounds of the goats and the chickens. The owner lives down the road and is very kind and helpful. Our group had a wonderful time, highly recommend.

Everything we need in a beautiful landcape

The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, the animals and the fruit which we picked ourselves. It isn’t near to a village and the road to te property is adventures but that wasn’t a problem for is. The owner is nice and helpfull.

Wonderful place!

We had the best time! Wonderful, rustic house, so clean. Surrounded by fields, very quiet except from the sounds of hens and sheeps. And not least - the most wonderful hosts in Margalida and Joana! We were provided with a fantastic Welcome-set and could pick as many oranges we likes during our stay, not to mention all the eggs we got! Wonderful place!

Paradise in Mallorca

Wonderful traditional house, beautiful Garden and pool, located in an absolutely wonderful and quiet Landscape. However, only a 10 minute Drive to Alcudia. Very Kind and helpful host. Exceptional!

We had a perfect week here with our grown up children. Lovely friendly hosts who were on hand if needed, but otherwise we felt like we were away from everything. Pictures do not do it justice and we couldn’t wanted more for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of Majorca

Lovely property

Lovely property. Excellently presented, and has had upgrading work carried out over the winter to even more improve the facilities. Situated in a quiet rural location, but within an easy drive to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Thank you Martin and Marguerite for looking after us so well. Nice place to stay in the countryside.

We enjoyed the place and especially the garden en pool. Location is good but you need a car. There where a lot of mosquitoes and we would have had some more privacy. There came a guy that we did not know to work on something in the garden, without notice to us beforehand. Also the owners is quite 'visible' during your stay. But we did have a good stay.

It’s a truly peaceful place. The ports of Alcudia and Pollença are just a short drive away, making the location very convenient.The house is spotless and has a well-designed layout. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, while the other two share a spacious one.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We also found some gifts in the fridge and on the table — like drinks, eggs, bread, olives, and so on.Outside, there’s a large area perfect for dining or relaxing together.The pool was very clean, and the atmosphere around it is wonderfully quiet and relaxing.We will definitely come back to enjoy the sun at this beautiful home and peaceful location.

Lovely property in calm environment

Booking and check-in process was easy, the property was very well kept and clean. Margherita is a lovely host and provided home-grown fresh fruit and eggs, which were super delicious. The kitchen and house in general was very well equipped and there is easily enough space for 6 people. The bathroom is extremely modern and everything was perfectly clean. The surrounding nature is beautiful and there is lots to discover. Can recommend 100%! Thank you

Lovely Stay

We were very pleased by this property. The outdoor area is absolutely lovely. The property is spotlessly clean and the owners came over to change the towels midweek and to check that we were doing well. They also left fresh fruit for us and couldnt be more helpful. The interior is as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen for a comfortable self catering stay, it was very hot when we went so would have been nice to have had air con which I believe may be a feature of the villa in the future. The villa is set amongst farm land and is a truly rustic get away but is close enough to the supermarkets and the beaches. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this villa.

Nice house in a rural setting

In September we spent 3 weeks in Can Moranta, a property located in a rural area not far from Pollenca. The house is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed and was perfectly clean. Thr owners, who live close by were very friendly. They provided us with a welcome package of fresh produce from their farm and were always available to help with useful information and suggestions for places to visit. The surroundings are very peaceful, with orchards and green fields all around. The silence was interrupted only once a day, in the early morning by the roosters, All in all, a very nice house especially for people looking for privacy and quiet surroundings. We will recommend this property to friends and relatives who want to visit Mallorca.

Cute Casa

Cute little casa nestled in the country but not far from Pollensa and Alcudia. Neighbours are chicken, sheep amd geese. Lovely owners, who were very helpful, are just up the road. The casa was very clean and we had a change of bedding during our stay. One of the lights blew but was replaced very quickly. As with all country properties if there is a thunderstorm the electricity will turn off. Emergency lighting came on immediately and we just turned the electricity back on at the fuse box (to the left as you face the front door). A lovely rest.

Wir fanden ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit liebevoll bezogenen Betten und einem bestückten Kühlschrank sowie frisches Obst und frische Eier vor. Wir wurden herzlich von Margarita und Joana empfangen. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt dort. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, ein sehr schönes Grundstück mit tollem Pool. Margarida y Joana, las anfitrionas, han sido encantadoras desde el primer momento. Siempre disponibles y atentas, nos han ayudado cuando lo hemos necesitado.La casa está impecablemente cuidada y equipada con todo lo necesario, especialmente en la cocina. Al llegar, encontramos un detalle precioso: productos de bienvenida en la cocina, entre ellos huevos de sus propias gallinas y fruta de sus campos. ¡Un gesto que nos encantó y valoramos mucho!La casa es espectacular, mucho más bonita incluso que en las fotos de la web. El entorno es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza y apartado, bastante cerca del pueblo de Pollença. Y puedes encontrar supermercados a 10 minutos en coche. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la zona exterior, especialmente de la maravillosa piscina y del amplio y acogedor porche, perfecto para relajarse en familia.Tanto nuestros hijos como nosotros hemos estado muy a gusto. Si volvemos a Mallorca, sin duda nos encantaría repetir. ¡Gracias por todo, Margarida y Joana!

Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Urlaubswochen auf der wunderbaren, in der Natur gelegenen Finca verbracht. Der Kontakt zu der Besitzerin und ihrer Tochter war sehr freundlich u. familiär. Die Kinder waren stets willkommen, beim Füttern der Hühner und Schafe mitzuhelfen und beim Ernten von Orangen. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder.
