This stylish apartment has one-double loft bed and one double sofa in the living room with fully equipped kitchen, double glazed windows, super fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, hot water and central heating and special services to make your stay comfortable as possible: luggage storage (if possible), the possibility of early check-in or check out, adaptable cancellation policy, bathtub and high chair for children (available on request). The apartment is located at ground floor.
For any additional set of bedding requested, the cleaning company may charge £30 extra. Also we offer cleaning services available for an additional cost.

Guest Access:
You will use the entire apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom - no sharing.
Door Lock Codes: The lock codes for the main building door and apartment door are changed with every reservation at check-out time. You will receive the new codes one day before your arrival.

- Linen Sets: the cleaning company prepares linen according to two persons per bed. If you need to sleep separately to use sofa bed, the cleaning company charges a one-off (per whole reservation) £30 per linen set.
- Guest Number: the apartment is prepared according to the number of guest on the reservation, please ensure you enter the correct guest number.
- Cancellation policy: We are open to an exceptional cancellation option, including refunds or vouchers in case of an emergency or last-minute change of plans. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that benefits both parties.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings. It will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- ID request: photo ID could be required before arrival to prevent fraud. Since the apartment has self-check-in, this helps ensure the safety of all guests in the building.
- Kindly remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave immediately and report to the platform. The entire building is a Smoke-free area. A cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if smoking is detected.
