High-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet.<br><br>Set in a secluded, independent location, it features its own 48-square-meter garden with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.<br><br>Access to the estate’s 14x7-meter pool with spectacular views and a saltwater filtration system.<br><br>The property<br>This house, Cal Menut, is located within the grounds of the 200-hectare Can Muní farm, where farmland alternates with pine forests.<br>For several generations now, the estate has belonged to the Genover family and has served not only as their primary residence but also as an expression of a lifestyle rooted in a love of the countryside and nature.<br><br>The rural accommodations are all grouped together in the hamlet of Pins, which consists of 9 houses and is located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are used for rural tourism, and we, the Genover family, live in one of the remaining houses.<br><br>In the summer, we accept weekly stays at this house, with check-in on Saturday.<br><br>Note: Complimentary olive oil, salt, and pepper are available to guests in the house. Two bath towels per person are provided for exclusive use in the house.<br><br>Amenities and Common Areas<br>The house is fully equipped with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It has its own private outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Guests share the pool, parking, petanque court, and ping-pong table with the other houses on the property.<br><br>Other Highlights<br>Since spring 2020, we’ve had high-speed fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi. We’re very happy to report that it works very well.<br>In the summer, we offer weekly stays with check-in on Saturday.<br><br>A tourist tax of €1 per person per night will be charged for everyone over 16 years of age.<br><br>We still have a few horses on the property from our equestrian past.
