Summary:
This is not an Airbnb. This is our apartment and workspace to make you feel at home. Hotels are impersonal, most airbnbs look great on the photos but are sterile and far from cozy, and in both cases working is a hassle: internet sucks, work spaces (if you're lucky to have one) are uncomfortable, and you end up having zoom meetings in a closet, seriously, that has happened to us! That's why when we are travelling or living abroad, we share our home and workspace so that professionals like you can enjoy the lifestyle that makes us so happy in Las Palmas. We hope you enjoy living in it as much as we do!

The Space:
The apartment has 130m2 distributed in two main areas, a loft area and a bedroom, all exterior, facing south and, of course, is fully furnished and decorated with the utmost care and quality so you can enjoy it from the moment you enter the door.

LOFT AREA - 90m2

Totally diaphanous with kitchen area, dining area, living area that can be transformed into a guest room, work area with two glass booths with whiteboards for zoom meetings and an independent bathroom.

BEDROOM AREA - 40m2

With full en suite bathroom, 190x200 cm bed with egyptian linens, a massively comfy carpet, and a balcony overlooking the iconic cathedral of Las Palmas.

The apartment is located in Triana, the cultural and commercial district of the city, mostly pedestrian, where you will find the best restaurants, theaters, museums and stores of the city. You have all you need in the neighborhood, all within walking distance from our home.
