Villa Helios 4 bedroom - private pool - close to the beach

Helios Villa is a 4 bedroom villa, located within a twenty minute walk to Stavros beach and ten minutes to two mini-markets. There are a good selection of tavernas in Stavros so it is possible to stay at the villa without a car, but we would recommend one for those wishing to explore.
This modern villa with a private pool set in manicured grounds with a parking area. It has a large living/dining room, a large modern fully-fitted kitchen and guest toilet and quiet area on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom and three bedrooms, each with their own balconies plus a large family balcony with sea views. There is one double bedroom with a wet-room and a large sea view private balcony and two single bedrooms, each enjoying a small private balcony. On the lower level you will find a tv lounge and laundry room.

Next to the main house is a separate guest house with a living room with a double sofa bed, a shower room and a fully fitted kitchenette on the ground floor and double bedroom and shower room at lower level.

The views to Zorbas’ mountain are from every level but the main sea views are from the first floor.
The pool is accessed through double French doors off the dining area with a covered outside sitting area. There is also a good sized shady terrace for enjoying breakfast at the front of the villa.
