This new villa for one reflects the popular 'Tiny House' concept that has recently spread across Turkey. It is a custom-designed container home that although is compact in size , has everything for a couple to enjoy a secluded holiday by the pool. The villa is located in Uzumlu village, 8 km away from the popular holiday resort town of Kalkan, and is in its own totally private enclosure, making it a suitable for those guests looking for lots of privacy be it for religious or other reasons.
The villas enclosure incorporates a swimming pool some 7.6 x 3.6 metres in dimensions, depth 1.55 metres. There is an outdoor dining table, umbrella and two sun loungers for the guests use.
With a floor area of only 25m2, the bedroom design varies from those in more traditionally designed villas. It is located on a mezzanine floor under the roofspace. There is limited roof height here but guests can experience sleeping under the night sky through the large rooflight window above the bed.
The ground foor has all the necessary items for holiday makers, icluding a sofa, kitchen area with oven dishwaher etc.plus a compact bathroom. There is wifi internet and parkng space available adjacent to the property.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
