Dear Lynne, Thank you for your time to share your experience following your recent stay at one of our properties. I am sincerely concerned and disappointed by your comments. Having reviewed your reservation and stay, we believe several of the issues raised relate more to suitability and expectations than to the condition or management of the property. The property was selected for its exceptional views, convenient access to local amenities and attractive price. Your specific requirements were communicated to us approximately ten days before arrival, while the property's characteristics—including its numerous stairs, distinctive exterior spaces and interior layout—were clearly presented, and you were advised accordingly. This is a traditional Corfiot residence, not a contemporary property with modern furnishings or accessibility features. These characteristics are an integral part of its identity and were clearly reflected in its presentation. We cannot accept the suggestion that the issues you experienced resulted from poor ownership or management. Regarding the flooding from the laundry room and bathroom, and the two electrical sockets being pulled from the wall, we are fully aware of the circumstances. Out of respect for your privacy, we will not disclose them publicly, but we can confirm that these incidents were not the result of neglect or poor management by the owners.
