Highly recommend for a peaceful holiday in a gorgeous villa with a stunning view and surroundings. Short walk (though steep) to beach, restaurant and shops. We (my husband, 2 sons, 17 and 19) loved the pool, boat hire and restaurants

Kalami Beach Villa was just as we expected. Beautiful location, lovely villa, close to all the beaches, tavernas and activities we wanted to visit. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Corfu.

Beautiful setting and fantastic views, Everything we needed

Beautiful setting and fantastic views, Everything we needed. Pool was a great size and very peaceful location. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and tidy on arrival. Good restaurant just across the road, Gorgeous bays within walking distance,and restaurants that will pick you up by boat if needed which was a nice touch. Maria very responsive and helpful. We hired a car for 3 days during stay which made visiting other places on the island easy. The path to the beach is more of a trail which can be tricky on parts but do able,other than that you could walk the roadwe did go through San Antonio hotel and used lifts which some people say is not allowed however we were not stopped so made the walk down and back up from the beach easier. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely return.

The house was clean and the pool was lovely. We were told that check in was at 4 but when we arrived, the info card said 3, that would have been nice to know! The rooms are good sized, there are lovely beaches a short drive away but not walkable. Good location overall. Be aware that there are no spices/oils/bathroom amenities so stop at the store on the way! Maid showed up the night we arrived to collect the tax and then again few minutes before check out so make sure your bags are packed by 10! There is parking on site, which is nice. Overall, I would recommend as a good base.

We had a wonderful stay at Kalami Beach Villa in April. The villa was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described—if not better. It was very clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located, with stunning sea views that made our stay even more special. The area is peaceful and ideal for families looking to relax and spend quality time together. The beach nearby is perfect for a family holiday, offering a calm and enjoyable environment for both adults and children. Everything about the villa made it feel like a true home away from home. A special mention goes to the host, Alex, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He is incredibly kind, patient, and has excellent communication skills. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and was always available whenever we needed helpadvice. His recommendations really enhanced our holiday experience, and his support made everything smooth and stress free. We truly enjoyed our time at Kalami Beach Villa and would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at this property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are stunning and it is a great place to gather with friends and family. The property is at the top of Kalami Bay and there is a steep walk down to the Bay so I would recommend a car. Overall a great stay, thank you Maria!

This is by far the best holiday I've had in a long time

This is by far the best holiday I've had in a long time . The views are breath taking,, the villa was spotless , modern and spacious. host very quick to reply and helpful . Could not recommend this villa and resort enough. Simply superb ! Hoping to rebook in the next few years.

It’s clearly not a low / mid budget place - but the villa was great, everything you need, amazing views from villa and and pool. Everything worked. The host was attentive and responsive. Unless you are 16-18 yrs old in which case go to BarbatiYpsos - for rest of us Kalami is the best all round. place for a high quality, beautiful Corfu break. Family of 6 had great time

Wonderful

We loved this villa so much, the views from every room were breathtaking, it was so calming swimming in the stunning pool and looking out at the sea! The villa was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was excellent - even had a cheese sandwich machine! Take coffee pods as it has a machine. We loved this villa! We didn’t need a car as could walk to the bay in 10/15mins and there were great restaurants and water sports there. Top tips are: get Giorgios supermarket to deliver all your water and food, a brilliantly stocked supermarket in the bay. I just text them our order, we paid by card at the Villa. Also after a busy boat day we had ‘The meat place’ deliver dinner - exceptional souvlaki. The restaurants locally were great and otherwise you can take boat taxis (Dinos and George’s) to take you to Agni and other bays for dinner. We hired a motor boat from Agni boats. A really super holiday - thank you. One last tip - if you turn right and go past Dimitri’s there is a ‘cross country’ walk down to the beach, there is a sign but you need to wear trainers as it’s very steep & sketchy in places. The other option is to turn left and walk round the bend 5 mins to the top entrance of San Antonio’s hotel and take two lifts down to the bay … someone who worked there showed us the way as it’s confusing initially. They don’t mind well behaved kids doing this at all, we did daily. Otherwise it’s 25mins walk! Ps take ear plugs as a bit of road noise The air con in the middle bedroom Is noisy and dusty. The quietest room is the one without the bathroom as there’s a fair bit of road noise - take ear plugs. We couldn’t find any oven trays in the kitchen so maybe a couple would be good. It would be good to provide clear instructions on how to get to Kalami on foot as it wasn’t clear.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Corfu! The setting is absolutely stunning – super private, with amazing views of the sea from the bedrooms and terrace. The private pool was a real highlight – peaceful, clean, and all to ourselves. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Check-in was easy, and the location was ideal. We took the bus to get there with no issues, and later rented a car to explore more remote parts of the island – parking at the villa was convenient and included. The villa is just a short and scenic walk down to the village and beach (about 7 minutes), and there’s even a public elevator that made getting back up to the house super easy (only about 5 minutes). We loved that we could enjoy the lively beach atmosphere and then return to the quiet, peaceful privacy of the villa. It truly gave us the best of both worlds. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, enjoy incredible views, and have a comfortable, private base.

We’ve just returned from a week in what I can only describe as one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. The villa was absolutely perfect – spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Our mornings were spent relaxing by the pool before taking the lovely 10-minute walk downhill to the beach. The walk back up is a little more challenging, but it's absolutely worth it for the incredible location and breathtaking views. We hired a car during our stay and also went on a couple of boat trips. The communication with our host was outstanding from start to finish. We used her recommendations for both car hire and boat hire, and they were excellent, making everything so easy and stress-free. We are a family of four with two teenage boys, and the villa had more than enough space for all of us. We cooked at the villa on a couple of evenings, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. Loved it

Das Haus mit dem spektakulären Panorama Pool ist herrlich.Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, abgesehen von der Hauptstraße die unten langführt. Zu Stoßzeiten ,Verkehrslärm.Die Zimmer waren sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Ausnahme hier die Küche .Wir, die im Urlaub viel und gerne selber Kochen mussten schon den einen oder anderen Kompromiss eingehen, bezüglich der Küchenutensilien. Luxus liegt immer im Auge des Betrachters, das zusammen gewürfelte Möbeliar hat etwas den Charm des Hauses gedämpft.Wir waren froh darüber das wir die extra Kosten für die Poolheizung nicht in Anspruch genommen haben, da an einigen Tagen die Stromversorgung über mehrere Stunden ausgefallen ist.Ansonsten hatten wir hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub !!!
