It has an attractive bedroom/living room and can comfortably accommodate a couple or family. The residence is a 5-minute walk from various shops and restaurants. Granada is 34 km away and the Borreguiles ski lift is just a 200-metre walk away. At Plaza de Pradollano and Plaza de Andalucía you will find several cozy pubs and nightclubs, as well as restaurants, supermarkets and shops for renting ski equipment and lessons. The apartment is equipped with heating, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a bath or shower and thanks to its location on the outside, the apartment has a lot of light. Parking is available at the property.
