⚠️ Resort Restoration Update
Daytona Beach Resort continues its restoration following the 2022 hurricanes. While many amenities have reopened, portions of the property remain under repair as improvements continue.
Guests should expect occasional construction activity, including possible daytime noise, dust, equipment, or temporary work areas. Seawall restoration is currently underway, with most activity concentrated near the south side of the property. Construction schedules may vary throughout your stay.
Despite the ongoing improvements, our condo remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational. Guests continue to return for the spectacular ocean views, private balcony, spacious accommodations, direct beach access, and outstanding value.
