🚧 Resort Status Update 5-1-26
Daytona Beach Resort is actively undergoing restoration and improvement projects and is not currently operating at full capacity. While guests continue to enjoy beautiful beachfront stays, direct beach access, and several open amenities, some areas of the property remain under construction as storm recovery and modernization efforts continue.

🔨 Current Projects: Seawall restoration, and South Pool Deck construction are all in progress. Elevator modernization is completed.
✅ Open: North Pool, Indoor Pool, North & South Spa Tubs, Fitness Room/Sauna, Direct Beach Access, Lobby, Unit Access & Elevators.
🚧 Closed: South Pool, Kiddie Pool, Restaurant, Tiki Bar, Parking Garage.

⚠️ Please Note: The South Pool Deck and closed pool areas may appear unsightly due to visible construction, repairs, and storm-related restoration. Some noise, dust, or construction activity may occur in certain areas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort continues working toward full restoration and future improvements.
