Outside there is a south facing, front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, one permit is provided for the nearby EDDC car park and there is on-street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.3 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking.
