The beach is only 200 M away which is known for surfers and catamaran sailors. You can go cycling and explore the dune forest which is between Bergen, Egmond, and Schoorl through various fietsroutes. The town center, public transport, restaurants, general supplies and sea are 200 M away.

There is a shared terrace that is south facing and there is 1 parking spot available. The apartment is on the first floor and is well furnished with a living area, sleeping area, and a bathroom with shower.

The train station is 11 KM away. The nearest major airport is the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and is at a distance of 60 KM.

The house owner lives on the same property and the place is not suitable for children younger than 3 years of age.
