The holiday apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building and has a beautiful living room (with extra sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and veranda/patio. You can park right by the house.

The Wörthersee, the largest and at the same time one of the warmest Alpine lakes due to its climatic location, is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment. The Wörthersee is also close to the border with Italy and Slovenia and is a year-round lifestyle arena: gourmet restaurants, chilled lake terraces, cool events, trendy sports opportunities and picturesque places, a unique stage for the perfect vacation! There are numerous excursion destinations around the most popular bathing lake in Austria, such as the Pyramidenkogel, the Planetarium in Klagenfurt, the Happ reptile zoo or the Minimundus amusement park in Klagenfurt.

Directly in Pörtschach, Velden or Klagenfurt there are sufficient shops for your daily needs as well as a great selection of restaurants.
