Please note no candles or naked flames are permitted in the property. Any damage or injury caused as a result of such items will be the responsibility of the lead booking name and any damages to the property will be chargeable.
Whenever you leave the property please ensure that the cooker and lights are switched off.
Never leave the gas hob unattended when in use.

Safety and security:
This property is fully non-smoking. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure there all windows and doors are securely locked.
Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the house, as this may require a locksmith to attend which WILL be chargeable.
Vacating the apartment:
Please ensure you return the keys to the keysafe and NOT through the letterbox as the cleaning team will require access.
Please vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure, as the cleaning team arrive shortly after to prepare the accommodation for the arrival of the next guests.
Please leave the property as clean and tidy as possible, including emptying any perishables into the outside bins.
