Our lovely villa offers the perfect holiday right on a safe sandy beach! The pool terrace and gardens have a gate onto a 'personal' piece of beach with sun umbrellas and loungers, separated by a gate and shrubs from the main beach. The garden gate opens on to the safe, sandy beach, with shallow, calm sea, or you can relax by the large pool in the garden. The house is a rare find - there are very few properties directly on the beach in Corfu, and even fewer which are directly on sandy beaches, ideal for families.

From the pictures and written arrival instructions, to the ‘felt like home’ what a fabulous place and surroundings I had quietness, beautiful pool, shallow sea and sandy beach. As a family we have travelled to many places around the world, and this has to be one of our favourites. It was like your own piece of paradise. The villa is stunning and view and location were perfect, especially the lovely pool and private gate to a secluded beach. It was perfect in every way. The house was well equipped, and the bedrooms were large and all en suite. The gardens were kept beautifully. Diana and her husband were extremely helpful for anything & everything. Overall it was a fantastic place and we will definitely be back.

1) JULY 2023 ...... 'A piece of paradise!
This is a breathtaking spot, enhanced by the different viewpoints, the garden and pol areas, the terrace and then the second floor terrace, where you can marvel at the sea and mountain view which constantly changes colour, with a mesmerising effect. It is called sunrise beach house for a reason. Take a coffee on the second floor terrace and watch the sunrise over the mountains for an incredible start to your day.'
The property is so well appointed, you have all you need. It is incredibly clear that the fabulous, friendly hosts have been in the industry for many years.
We thoroughly enjoyed a stroll along the shore to the beach bar for a cocktail or spot of lunch, equally cooking in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen was fun while the lids played in the pool. The very close, quaint unspoilt town of Lefkimmi is charming with its riverside restaurants, whilst the town of Kavos is a short journey for the partygoers!

2) AUGUST 2023......This villa is beautiful, spacious and well furnished with lovely luxury personal touches, all in a peaceful location. A large comfortable open plan area downstairs, everywhere immaculate. All the bedrooms have huge comfortable beds with quality bed linen and well-appointed en-suites. Plenty of exterior seating areas for relaxing, or eating, with great snorkelling. The large inviting pool has plenty of sun loungers and shade. Three well stocked supermarkets are 10 minutes’ drive and local tavernas are a 20 minute walk.

3) AUGUST 2023 ...This is a breathtaking spot. A gorgeous house, fully equipped with everything you need, as if you were at home. Extremely clean and well maintained. Room cleaning a few days a week was a great bonus. Spacious rooms, a wonderful terrace from which you can watch the sunrise. The place is perfect for families with children - calm beach without other people, fine sand and shallow water. The pool is very well maintained and is real fun for the kids. The hosts are very kind and responsive. It was the perfect vacation for us. We found nice restaurants in the nearby villages, along the river in Lefkimmi.

4) SEPTEMBER 2023...... Beautiful villa with fantastic hosts
Absolutely stunning villa We arrived very late at night after a long day of travel were immediately greeted by the stunning villa beautifully lit up with fairy lights all round the garden. Inside the Vila is extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. They even left a few groceries for the next day and some bottles of lovely local wine! Four good sized bedroom each with en suit meant no arguments over rooms. The view the next day was breathtaking you are literally right on the beach which even in august was quiet. The seawater was warm and you could walk out for good distance in the tranquil swallow sea, with it no higher than your waist. The beach is honestly gorgeous and not like other greek beach we have visited before as it’s entirely sandy. It was very reminiscent of Mexico. The pool area and outside kitchen are fantastic especially having a Fridge for drinks. The bbq was well used by us during our stay. Sunbeds very comfortably with little pull out tables. The pool itself was a lovely temperature, quite large and very pleasant to swim or relax in. A short stroll down the beach and you come across a very nice beach bar with lovely drinks and food for lunch if you don’t fancy cooking. This is a very secluded place, there isn’t too much around outside the villa. There are a few big supermarket within 10 mins drive for supplies. Corfu town is about an hours drive away or you can get a boat. If you are looking to relax in a stunning location with great pool and beach this is the place for you.

With just a couple of neighbours and a few more villas further along the beach, the location is practically deserted even in August.
Walk down the steps to the garden area, with the outside kitchen and dining table, past the pool, and through the gate to our ' inner beach garden', and from there through the beach gate onto the sand. You can enjoy our personal section of beach garden for relaxing and sunbathing, and go straight from there into the sea.

Entry to the house is up 10 steps, (not ideal for toddlers) into the spacious open plan living and dining area, with a partly separate fully equipped kitchen. Huge glass doors lead from the living area onto the wide veranda to the covered outside seating and dining area, and steps leading down into the garden, onto the pool terrace.
The spacious pool terrace has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area with gas barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher and second fridge/freezer.
Central floor - Living/dining area, kitchen, guest cloakroom, bedroom 4 with en suite shower room.
First floor - 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms, one with en suite shower room. 2 bedrooms have wide 'glass walls' and doors leading onto the upper balcony, with views out to sea. The third bedroom (single beds) has a 'glass wall' with views into the garden.

This area is definitely a 'hidden gem', and even many Corfiots have never heard of 'our beach' although it is one of the best on the island. There are few properties along the beach, just a taverna at the north end, (about 5 minutes walk from the villa) and a few villas.
