Villa Waterfall is the latest villa built in the centre of Vilamoura. Its location is privileged and unique, an extremely quiet area and about 5/10 minutes walk to the Vilamoura marina and beach.



The large 411m2 villa was furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests. The furniture was specially designed for this beautiful villa.



The contemporary architecture, the huge double-glazed windows and the open space style kitchen, offer luminosity and the perfect connection with nature and the surrounding garden.



Facing east and west, where guests can sunbathe in their private garden all day, with space for an Al fresco drink on their private terrace and in complete privacy.



The rooftop terrace allows guests a perfect connection with the stars as it is equipped with outdoor furniture.



The landscaped garden, its jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a waterfall that gives it the name, complete this glamorous villa. With the safety of guests in mind, the villa is equipped with an alarm system inside and in the garden.



The entrance hall gives access to the grandiose closed access corridor to the bedrooms, on the left we have the living/dining room.



The living room with the open space kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Smart TV with Netflix. High speed fibre broadband and WiFi. The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs. Next to the living room we have a toilet.



The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing, has a blackout system in all rooms, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel.



The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender, wine cellar, washing machine.



The 5 rooms are spacious, all with private bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.



On the GROUND FLOOR we have three bedrooms, all with a double bed, private bathroom with the measures and facilities for guests with reduced mobility, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, view and direct access to the pool area. The bathrooms have a shower, wall-hung washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.



On the LOWER FLOOR, with plenty of natural light through its large windows, there are two bedrooms, games room, a mini-bar and a toilet. There is also direct access to the outside and a pool/snooker table.



The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, PlayStation 4 (2 remotes and games), sofa, chess table and a mini-bar equipped with a fridge-freezer. Covered patio with snooker table.



Bedroom 4: two single beds, private bathroom, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.



Bedroom 5: double bed, private bathroom, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.



This villa also offers the possibility of an additional bedroom for two people in two single beds, with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. On the UPPER FLOOR, we have the immense rooftop terrace overlooking the pool. The perfect place to rest. It is equipped with 4 sun loungers, armchairs and a side table, one suspended swings and tenis table for funny moments.



Surrounding the villa are a large salt water swimming pool and access by roman steps with monitor water quality, poolside shower, 8 sun loungers. Covered patio with a set of sofas, dining table for 10 people and charcoal BBQ.

The waterfall, which gave the house its name, works by clock and provides moments of fun for all guests.



Three uncovered parking spaces available within the lot and accessed by electric gates.

Security Deposit: 1000 euros



On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:

-Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

-Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

-No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

-The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.

-There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros

Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)

-The check out is until 11am
