Are you looking for peace to rest, do you want to listen to birds singing in the morning or enjoy bicycling while admiring the wonderful, unspoiled landscape, swim in the Kolpa river, or in our swimming pool located in front of the residence? If your answer is »yes«, you are at the right address.

Please note that this is a strictly family-friendly holiday house. The house has two apartments, which are separated from each other but share the outdoor area and the pool. This is an upstairs apartment. We offer electric car charging.

The holiday residence ANA is intended for those who want active holidays at a place where nature embraces you at every turn. It is situated at the beginning of a small village called Boginja vas in the South East of Slovenia in Bela Krajina, not far from the Kolpa river. The residence is situated on a hectare of our property and offers a magnificent view of our garden, manicured lawns, a swimming pool, cultivated fields, and meadows. A little hill »Kučar«, with its vineyards, is located just a stone's throw away. The Kolpa river, one of the warmest and cleanest rivers in Slovenia (during the summer temperatures reach 28 degrees Celsius), flows below the hill and is perfect for swimming and other water sports. The river Kolpa is famous as the longest (app. 30 km long) riviera in Slovenia; from Metlika to Vinica there are numerous bathing areas, restaurants, and places for various sports activities.

WHAT HIDES INSIDE THE ANA RESIDENCE?
Modern and luxuriously furnished 1st-floor apartment MIA of 110 square meters can accommodate up to 6 people. A similar comfort is offered by apartment ANA on the ground floor whose size is also 110 m2 and it can also accommodate 6 guests.

Apartment MIA offers you a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a 60" TV and a hi-fi system, a master bedroom with a waterbed and a large bathroom, and an extra bedroom, and a half bath. App MIA is air-conditioned.
The apartment also features free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected to the rest of the online world.
ANA offers a luxurious picnic spot with a grill and a garden fireplace which can be used for cooking or just sitting by the fire.
IT NEVER GETS BORING
The residence has its own saltwater swimming pool, offering perfect summer refreshments. The pool also features a sundeck with loungers, a sofa set, parasols, and a solar shower. Night lighting and a hi-fi system allow you to continue having fun by the pool also during night-time hours.
ANA is also very attentive to hikers and cyclists. After an active day exploring the area, guests can relax in a Finnish sauna.
Sports enthusiasts will appreciate a table tennis table, badminton net, and four bicycles of which two have an electric drive. ANA did not forget about the little ones who can play in a sandpit with high-quality playthings.
WHERE TO GO?
A mostly flat landscape offers numerous opportunities for less experienced cyclists while forest trails and vineyard hills will suit the more experienced ones. The panoramic roads will lead hikers through colorful fields and forests while all the fishing enthusiasts will be able to make the best out of the rivers Kolpa and Lahinja and the Prilozje pond.
During the summer rafting and canoeing down the Kolpa river are very popular. Younger visitors can test their courage in the adrenaline park in Camp Podzemelj or swim in the Kolpa river.
The holiday residence ANA likes spending time with the neighboring tourist farms that offer local food and own-produced wines that are awarded numerous golden awards year after year.

FOR HUNGRY BELLIES
You can spoil your taste buds with organic food from local farms or make use of our ecological garden. You can prepare the food on your own in the kitchen, outside on the grill, or on a garden fireplace. However, if you wish, we can prepare a picnic for you or a larger group of people, in front of the residence, serving the food and wine of your choice.
The holiday residence ANA offers a wide selection of high-quality local wines and sparkling wines. In the vicinity of the residence, there are also many restaurants offering food and drinks of the highest quality.
