Small Unit, 53 m² of interior space, featuring a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. It includes an 18 m² patio and a 42 m² pergola.
Kinegua offers nearly 750 m² of living space on a 6,000 m² lot, bordering the Montaña Colorada protected natural area.

To live here, you can choose the entire property, a portion of it, or just one section. There are several combinations, and all guarantee a complete set of indoor and outdoor amenities, a well-organized layout, and independence from the rest of the property.

It can be occupied simultaneously by different groups or accommodate a large group throughout the entire property.

kinegua. The Origin: Kinegua: Origin and Tribute
Because the Canary Islands have historically been—and continue to be—a place of constant passage for travelers, the mix of cultures from different continents has left a lasting mark through valuable architectural, artistic, and ethnographic works.

For the same reason, many words of diverse origins—primarily English—have evolved and adapted to the language of the islands.

As a tribute to all this history, the house takes its name from “Kinegua,” a word that has been curiously adapted into the everyday vocabulary of Canarians and is used to refer to one of the culinary delights found on the islands: potatoes.

The Kinegua variety was imported from England; its original name was “King Edward,” which, over time, the islanders phonetically “Canarianized” as they read the name printed on the sacks and boxes in which they were transported.
