Lodge was clean on arrival, and good availability of appliances.

Lodge was clean on arrival, and good availability of appliances. Couldn't light the gas hob as did not have a lighter and ignition didn't seem to work but was not a big problem.Hot tub lights did not work but again did not impact on the enjoyment of our stay.Lodge was otherwise in good upkeep and nice added extras such as salt & pepper, placemats and various utensils.Hairdryer was also welcomed. Iron and ironbord available and heated towel rail was perfect after hot tub use.

There was a bit of wear and tear but it did not negate the holiday.

There was a bit of wear and tear but it did not negate the holiday. It’s an amazing place. The wild flowers, rabbits and birds are the best we have come across.

Excellent holiday lodge for a 4 night mid week break.

Excellent holiday lodge for a 4 night mid week break. Lodge had a hot tub which was lovely after a day of walking. Lodge very clean and well equipped. We ate at the on-site restaurant one evening and found the food to be great, everyone commented on how delicious the burgers were from both kids and main menu.

A light and spacious lodge in a lovely quiet spot.

A light and spacious lodge in a lovely quiet spot. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was ideal for our family group and well worth the cost as it was divided between 5 people. The view from the decking was lovely and the hot tub was fantastic. The lodge was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The cupboard doors in the kitchen and the wardrobe doors are starting to bubble and peel and could do with being replaced but this is the only slight negative.
