Designed to accommodate up to twelve guests, the property features six spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and five modern shower rooms, four of which are en-suite. Flexible sleeping arrangements allow several of the bedrooms to be prepared as either twin or double rooms on request, making the home ideal for extended families or groups of friends.

Inside, traditional stone walls, exposed timber beams and graceful archways blend seamlessly with elegant furnishings and modern conveniences. The spacious dining area comfortably seats the whole group, while the inviting lounge offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings together. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes everything required for self-catering, including a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and American-style fridge freezer.

The outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully designed for making the most of Mallorca's wonderful climate. A large private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, pool towels, a luxurious Balinese daybed and beautifully maintained lawns with uninterrupted mountain views. A covered terrace provides a comfortable setting for relaxing in the shade, while the impressive built-in barbecue and outdoor dining pergola create the perfect setting for long alfresco meals.

There is no shortage of entertainment, with a dedicated leisure annex featuring a pool table, table football, exercise bike, cross trainer, Smart TV and air conditioning. Guests can also enjoy table tennis beneath a covered terrace, while additional seating areas amongst the fruit trees offer peaceful corners to unwind throughout the day.

Modern comforts include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house and outdoor areas, air conditioning in the bedrooms, dining room, lounge and games room, washing facilities, private parking and extensive landscaped gardens.

The sandy beaches and waterfront restaurants of Cala San Vicente are approximately 2.7 km away, while the charming old town of Pollensa and the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa are both within a short drive, offering an excellent choice of shops, cafés, restaurants and local markets.

The rental includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly changes, towels changed every five days, pool towels, parking, one cot and one highchair. A second cot is available for €50 per booking and a second highchair for €40 per booking. A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required by credit card pre-authorisation before arrival. Pets are not permitted.
