Hi Gary, Thanks so much for taking your time out to leave your review. We're delighted you had such a good stay. In response to your feedback regarding the welcome pack, due to waste we replaced this with what we feel is an even better service for guests : we offer every guest our time to do a grocery shop on their behalf so they have the house stocked upon arrival with the items of their choice. Of course we always supply the basics regardless, as detailed in the reservation notes, which are: washing up liquid, washing powder, fabric softener, dishwasher powder, salt and rinse aid, kitchen paper, washing up cloths, green and wire scourers, toilet paper, hand-wash soap, coal, lighter fuel, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and water. Regarding your comment on the visitors book, indeed we do and it is extensive. This is on the tablet in the kitchen, and it contains a wealth of information on the house and local places to visit and eat. This is also referenced in the reservation notes upon booking. It's worth taking the time to share the following to prospective guests - which we also mention : If you're interested in making any reservations for specific local activities or excursions whilst over feel free to let us know; with the community being close knit, we have a number of connections, so we would be more than happy to help arrange these things for you. Sometimes we're offered a 10% commission for bookings, in which case we just pass that on to the guest.

Yes, I'm sorry that you caught a bad time on the island for the mosquitos. This was due to storms that happened during this period. Early September is one of the nicest times to visit the island, with it being a bit quieter but with the water still warm, but the mosquitos can come out then, when even us locals load up with spray around this time All the best, Craig

All the best, Craig For anyone reading this who would like to know more about the buses: about 200m from the house there are bus stops on both sides of the road, heading to Puerto Pollensa in one direction, and Pollensa old town and on to Palma in the other.
